Great location, nice room, but with disappointment. First disappointment is from the room's air conditioning, it wasn't working properly, the room felt boiling at noon, and then the Onsen was broken by the evening, which is the time I would like to go because that is the sale point of this hotel. Overall, disappointment.

I had a truly wonderful stay at Zuri Express Hotel Cikarang. The staff was incredibly friendly and helpful from check-in to check-out. The room was clean, modern, and very comfortable, with all the amenities I needed for a relaxing stay. The location is perfect for business trips, and the breakfast buffet was surprisingly varied and delicious. I really appreciated the attention to detail and the overall atmosphere of the hotel—it felt both professional and welcoming. Highly recommended for both business and leisure travelers!

— Some hotel-cooked foods are very very salty.
— Bread, fruits, milk, and cereal are the safe zone. Not sure about omelette and freshly-made noodles because there are flies at the station so I didn't try.
— Pastry is very hard and oily.
— Some western foods are nice.
— Miso soup is nice too, not too salty. Good with egg tofu and Japanese seaweed.
— The staff at the hotel restaurant is very friendly.

— There are only 4 cloth hangers provided but can ask for more from hotel staff.
— Can hear all the noise outside the room.

— 2 tea bags, 2 small coffee sachets, and 2 bottles of water provided daily.
