Holiday Inn Cikarang Jababeka by IHG

I have spent one night in Holiday inn jababeka with my family, the lobby was so futuristic and the room is clean. The amenitis also amazing and I love it. My daughter was happy and enjoy swimming and playing at the playgroud. I love the breakfast and cappuccino. Thanks IHG and Holiday inn Jababeka.

Nice and well appointed hotel. Conveniently located with good facilities. Gymn has good equipment and clean. Room is spacious and well appointed, with nice comfortable bed. Lounge also has nice ambiance which is good for business or just hang out. Nice outdoor pool, unfortunately have no time to dip in in this trip.

Had a wonderful experience staying in Holiday Inn Jababeka. The front desk at this hotel is the best I have ever seen. Special Thanks to Dinia at the front desk, who went beyond and above to ensure a smooth stay for us. She was extremely helpful and ensured immediate medical assistance when I was in need.
The room was clean and comfortable with decent amenities. But what really stood out was the hospitality — especially from the front desk team.
Thank you again Dinia and the entire front desk team for making my stay so pleasant.

A very pleasant stay in holiday inn cikarang for my daughter bday, first come into the room my daughter was feeling surprise and happy for the bday set up inside the room where she had a greeeting card and cake, the room also clean and tidy and hot water running well. We also feel welcome and friendly from all the staff, morning breakfast also great, my daughter and her cousin invite for cake decoration in pool area assist by cica, adel, kirana and solih and my wife also liked to thanks to aldo from hk for his assistance they all have doing their job very well and kind and thanks too for staff in the front office helping me for the free parking during check out. So big thanks from us.

I stayed at this hotel with my friends during our trip in August 2025, and we had such a wonderful experience. The rooms were clean and comfortable, the facilities were well-maintained, and the location made it easy for us to get around.
What impressed us the most was the service. The staff were very friendly and welcoming from the moment we arrived. I especially want to thank Nadya and Umar for their outstanding hospitality. Got a smoking room as only this remaining. But no problem with smell 👍 (device has been put in the room to filter and perfume the air). Overall room was good. Satisfied with bed mattress n linen.
Breakfast seemed interesting with many style choices. The quality/taste was ok, except pastries (i noticed also some plates could have been better cleaned/ wiped).
On one evening I had the bbq outside in garden. Quality/taste was also very so-so but it remains for me a good bargain and wise alternative choice to eat on site. Will try their Japanese restaurant next time.
Every single staff, from door keeper to front receptionists, drivers, servers … has been extremely kind, service minded and helpful: impressive and very much appreciated ☺️☺️☺️

The hotel and the people’s hospitality were outstanding. I travel a lot, this year definitely this hotel where I had the best experience (out of 14 places I stayed).
The breakfast was also really good with a huge variety of dishes. I also tried the Japanise restaurant twice.
Overall the friendly welcoming plus the outstanding services define the conclusion that I definitely come back. As I am really sensitive about laundry service I has special request which were all fulfilled.

Holiday Inn cikarang a world class hotel in Cikarang, the industrial city around 40kms from Jakarta. This place is influenced by Japanese culture. A beautiful, peaceful place surrounded with greenery.
The first to highlight is the Amazing service by the staff and admin.
Every request was noted and executed immediately. The lunch and dinner, coffee breaks, and room setup quick response.
A big thanks to chef mr Budi for serving tummy pani puris.
The second is undoubtedly the food. Wide range of dishes from many parts of world are served in breakfast to satisfy every palate. Even they arranged good vegetarian food. All needs were taken seriously.
We Very Happy and their service and food sets the highest standard. We would surely be the regular visitor here.
The room that we stayed in was also very comfortable and spacious, and we had no complaints.
They have very good Gym and amazing Swimming pool.
The most amazing attraction was the Japanese steam bath jacuzzi.
Definitely a lovely place for relaxing or spending time with family.
Children of all age can enjoy.

The event we held at the hotel went great, all the hotel team were very friendly and very helpful from start to finish. The food never disappoints. I held my wedding event there. The hotel served as both the venue and catering vendor, which I chose, and it was very good. The venue was very comfortable and the food was delicious. The staff were also very kind. I would like to express my heartfelt gratitude to all the staff who participated in making my wedding day special.

Thr stay was very comfortable, excellent service and cooperative staff. Especially Pak Ajendi was extremely cooperative and ensured that best service was rendered. The quality of food and the ambience was excellent. Customized food items were prepared and served promptly. Hygeine levels were excellent. Smooth checkin process and the room was ready before the arrival.

At first I didn’t realize there’s a great hotel in Cikarang area. But when we started to enter the lobby, we were welcomed with warm greet. The hotel crews were amazing, so helpful and kind. We had a great assistance by mas Rully.

Talking about the room, it was very comfy and spacious.
About the facilities, the pool, gym with onsen it was amazing.
The food was great. Lots of choices and you will have full stomach.

Chek in hotel is fast and easy, I was helped by Mba Mira thanknyou for your hospitality while process in become fast. The room is quite spacious and clean size of bed is large and the facilities in the room are quite complete. For the breakfast menu is quite varied with a pretty good taste.
