Stay here for more than 2 weeks, I could say one of the best experience I ever had in business trip. The place is so comfortable and fulfilling all my essentials needs since its serviced apartment they provide a kitchen set, refrigerator, microwave, and even magic com. Really recommended for those who stay long and love cooking.
The building facilitates is mindblowing they have pool, gym, and even library!
Other thing I love about grande valore is they are pet friendly! So I bring both of my cats here. It’s really rare to find high end place to stay who have full facilities and per friendly!
Definitely will come again here.

I had a wonderful stay at Hotel Grande Valore. The staff were incredibly welcoming. Especially for Tiara, she is very helpful throughout my visit. The room was clean, spacious, and well-maintained, with all the amenities I needed for a comfortable stay. The breakfast buffet offered a great variety of delicious options. Overall it was peaceful and relaxing with Balinese athmosphere.

The hotel very clean, the staffs are friendly tge restaurants has nice food and good service too. This is my second times stayed. This time was much better. Even some issues happen but the management and staffs very fast responsd. If I can mention the name Mr. Mei, mas Deden and Mbak Dina /Gina I forget het name. For all you are good team. Sure I will come back to grande valore for next trip.

The hotel's location was perfect and closed to President University when I have to attend for Graduation of my son.
Our room was spacious and beautifully designed, with a comfortable bed and all the necessary amenities. It felt like a home.
Considering the quality of the facilities and services provided, we felt that the hotel offered great value for money. We left with wonderful memories and a desire to return to Grande Valore hotels and Apartment Cikarang.

The hotel was fantastic in business area. The room was comfortable, the staff was helpful, and the breakfast was delicious. There was a wide variety of delicious food to choose from, including fresh fruits, pastries, and hot dishes.

Grande Valore is not only a great deal but offers very comfortable clean rooms. The staff at check in are fast and efficient. I have never had to wait more than couple minutes. Nadia and Maya’s just professional and courteous. The rooms are large and the beds are comfortable. The food is tasty and the breakfast is excellent. These are just a few reasons why I keep coming back. They also provide free shuttle to the local malls.

I really like to go there especially the library. So quiet and comfy place to doing work or reading. They have so many collection weather English or Japanese language books. I usually order drink from Kaito restaurant and Mr. Alam, the waiter in there, is so kind to help and serving me at that time.

Great accommodation, great reception, and very healthy food. The facilities are very comfortable, the services offered are of excellent quality, a wide variety of food available and pleasant. Kindness and good service are a differential, happy and willing to help.

Amazing experience. I spent 3 months there, as a guest on the 662 room. From the restaurant, I knew very good employees like Allam, Anis, Heni, Reza and others… that attend me very well. Housepekers are so cute and the service attedant always help me promply. Gratefull.

Truly an oasis amidst the dry and hot industrial area such as Cikarang! The staff were simply AMAZING! You'd definitely feel like you're in 5-star property, based on the level of TLC that the staff are working so very very hard on delivering. Food during breakfast is varied, but highlighting the taste which is above average.
I wish I am able to mention the NAMES of all the friendly staff, but sadly, I was too focused on enjoying my staycation that I failed to memorise any. 🥹 BUT, I love the hostess/greeter during breakfast — she really made my day and also the Engineering guy who came to our room very swiftly late at night after he went above and beyond to find an extension cable for me.
Facilities-wise, it is so move-in ready, I'd stay long term any day at Grande Valore, Cikarang!
As for leisure travellers, you'd all be happy to find that Grande Valore is quite near to two shopping & entertainment spots: The Grand Outlet & the newly-launched AEON Mall — which is said to be the LARGEST in SE Asia!

I arrived to the hotel at 2 am, I was checked in by Dwi in few minutes and straight taken to my room. I stayed in the two bedroom apartment, it was very spacious apartment, totally worth the price we paid and the staffs are very kind and friendly. I had some issues with connecting to the Wi-Fi which was solved within few minutes by the staffs. On this note I want to highlight Maria, Fajar and Aji, the reception staffs and also the Waiters in the restaurant a very special thanks to everyone for making my holiday unforgettable. Will definitely visit again.

Excellent service from staff for fulfilling customer needs. Good quality of food, and flexible t&c can be very helpfull for customer.
Good vibes on the outdoor lounge, can be refreshing for us.
However, some of facilities need to be well managed in order to execute back up plans if any facilities provided (pointer, cable, etc. ) are trouble/broken.

Got frer upgrade to 2-bedroom type by receptionist staff. Thanks to Ms Yuli, this upgrade make our stay more wonderfull. Room was really good, but may management should use same picture in application as the reality for the facility in the room. There was no kitchenette and tableware like in the picture, and also the housekeeping can't provide plate. Pool and kids zone was amazing, also the garden really beautifull. Breakfast was okay, there was not so much option but the taste was really good.
