I deleted my first review from 5 months before, so I could write a new review.
EDITED this is our 2nd Visit in 5 months.
From 5*s down to 2*s because of the restaurant!
Located close to the mall and numerous restaurants which is lucky because the hotel restaurant is a poor joke!
Thursday 5th February 2026
We came to the restaurant on the first night, a special night when I proposed to my partner. (He said yes 🥰)
The whole evening was poor and ruined our night! The menu was sold out of many items.
We both ordered starters and mains. My partners choices were available, mine were not. I had to order twice.
THEN my partners foods (yes both starter and main) were served at the same time while I had nothing, waiting for 2nd choice order. We came for dinner to EAT TOGETHER, NOT SEPERATELY. So my partners meals were sent back until my order was ready and AGAIN the kitchen sent ALL food at the same time!. By the time we finished our starters our mains were COLD! So, AGAIN we sent them back to the kitchen, NO-ONE wants to eat cold food unless it is advertised as a cold dish.
My partners main, Beef Ribs were like RUBBER and my Nasi Goreng Seafood was tasteless, lacking seasoning and the small amount of seafood was a joke, there was even an extra prawn head by itself! No quality control on the pass.

Really enjoyed my stay here. Big thanks to Ms. Arini at the reservation desk, she was super friendly and helpful, made everything easy. Service was great and if I have next trip I will choose here again.

3 Star Hotel with affordable price & good facilities.
Location is very strategic.
Rooms are clean, modern style, efficient & quite spacious. Complete amenities and sufficient facilities.
Various food & beverages during breakfast are served properly (local & western)
Staff hotel are professional, friendly and helpful.
Parking area is quite spacious and outdoor/open space (no basement parking area)
Note :
@Room 607 : refrigerator is not cool, need a repair.
@Room 609 : water heater need to be replaced.
