Hotel Ciputra Cibubur managed by Swiss-Belhotel International

The hotel's location is highly advantageous, situated directly adjacent to the mall. The property is currently undergoing renovations, which may explain its somewhat dated aesthetic. The staff consistently delivers exceptional service, with front desk personnel who are unfailingly polite, friendly, and helpful. We highly recommend this establishment for family holidays, given the mall's diverse array of stores, restaurants, and a cinema.

The hotel service is good overall, and the staff does a great job cleaning the room every day.
There is free laundry service for stays longer than 5 days, which is very convenient. I also like how the hotel is directly connected to the mall, just go down to the ground floor, open the door, and you’re already inside the mall.
There are many food options and shopping choices available. Grab cars are also easy to get right in front of the lobby.
However, the room and bathroom conditions need improvement. There is an unpleasant smell in the bathroom, and there were flies in both the room and bathroom. I’m not sure where they came from.
The hotel does not provide plastic bags for the trash bin, and food leftovers thrown into the bin may have caused the fly issue.

Everything was at its finest, the services, the dishes, vibes and staffs.
Spent some of my holiday here, really enjoyed.
But something wrong, I saw the same staffs from breakfast until the dinner I joined are the same. Are they working 2 shifted? The management should look deeper to kitchen schedule, this is not a good thing. At breakfast they looks good and fresh, but at dinner they looks really tired. How could they gave a good service with that condition?

As for 5 years we married and never had honeymoon as 1st day married stayed at home, I had idea to get honeymoon after. I decided to choose stay in Ciputra Cibubur Hotel as I had some good experience about Property of Ciputra. Thank you for your hospitality and I was enjoying so much stay. Later someday we will stay again as I wanna try for swimming pool as never try before, have no time.

This's the first time for me to stay. So happy to find clean and quite space in Deluxe room that I had. Services and location are excellent. The hotel has dedicated access to Ciputra mall with room card access. You can find food in mall and outside the mall/hotel. Makan Bawah Pohon is a simple resto that you may reach in 3-5mins by car.

I really recomend this hotel. I am from Sweden and It is a wonderful hotel directly connected to a big mall. The service reaally good in all sence from the securit when asking for taxi, and in the reception and when having breakfast. The food was really tasty. It was great with the LRT (train) quite close, so it was easy to go into Jakarta center.
I only have one suggestion, since I had a room that inckuded the minibar, have sodas and other drinks for two persons. There were only one soda and one coconut drink and we were two adults in the room.

Had a great stay! Big thanks to Pak Anjar and the team for the friendly and professional service. Loved the clean and comfy room, rooftop pool and gym were a nice bonus. Breakfast had enough variety to start the day, and the location couldn’t be better since it’s connected to the mall. Definitely recommend staying here!

Went to my friend's wedding and decided to stay over, the room's quality is decent not too cramped. Front office were also quick responding at the time. The breakfast were also delicious! A little slow on the refilling though. But it's decent overall. The service is also friendly and helpful, miss elfa helped me bringing some coffee and goods. The restaurant vibe is excellent even though it's a little cramped.

I had a wonderful stay at Hotel Ciputra Cibubur. It's a very nice hotel with easy access to nearby amenities and transportation, making it a convenient choice for both business and leisure trips. The facilities were clean and comfortable, and the atmosphere felt welcoming and relaxing.

I booked this hotel 4-5 days prior to my stay and came to the hotel at 18:00. Reception told me to wait 10 to 15 minutes to make my room ready because previous guest made late check out. I told them how you compensate this mistake of you. They apologized only. No discount, no upgrade nothing. Manager came but also he did nothing rather than offering free welcome drink which I never get. So, they sold me the room for 22 hours but gave me only for 16 hours at that price. Totally unacceptable and unprofessional attitude. Will never stay there.

I hope you will improve your reception behavior. I have been a regular customer, 2-3 times a year, and I book between 2 and 3 rooms on each visit. However, today, May 20, I was treated without any courtesy, and I left as if I had been kicked out of the hotel. I regret every time I have booked with you, and I will not do it again. I have moved to a nearby hotel due to the rudeness of your reception staff and their lack of cooperation. Furthermore, when I told them that this would make me reconsider future bookings, their response, utterly impolite and cold, was that this was my responsibility. Please improve your behavior and work to resolve guests' problems more politely, instead of making them think 100 times before booking with you.
As for me, I will not recommend this hotel to anyone, and I will exercise my full right to express my opinion about the Tsibobor branch hotel through any communication channel, program, or application that requests feedback.

2nd time staying here (first time was in 2023).
Overall stay was fine, but there were some positive and negative experiences compared to my first stay.
This time I stayed in a Deluxe Premium Room compared to a standard room the first time. Deluxe Premium Room was very spacious. The bathroom was gorgeous with a separate bath tub and shower.
The negatives: there were some tiny flies around the bed were a nuisance. I let staff know when checking out. Also, in middle of the night, there was some noticeable religious type song or chant that was played on a loudspeaker. Already jetlagged, it did not help with my sleep at all.
Last, the breakfast has downgraded compared to my first time. Food did not taste as good and there were no smoothies offered. Still a very nice spread with plenty of options, just didn't wow me like it did back in 2023.
I did go to the pool at the top floor. It's an infinity pool and was pretty gorgeous. Views are decent, but just being up there in the open air was a nice getaway while on business. There is also a mid-sized fitness center and a spa/massage service.
P. S. Be advised they do not have western (USA) style outlets in the room, so bring an adapter.

I had a great time here for my rest. The room was clean and spacious, not to mention the comfort level of the room. The bathroom inside the room was super clean and fully equipped with the toiletries. The staffs were all nice and super friendly. I had an easy checkout with the help of Ms. Arsya and Ms. Lucinda.
