I had a pleasant stay at this hotel. The room was spacious, and the breakfast was satisfying. Although there was no air conditioner, the nighttime temperature in Lembang was cool enough. However, there were a few areas for improvement. The hotel didn't provide toothbrushes and toothpaste, but this wasn't an issue for me since I bring my own. One inconvenience was having to request hot water from the reception. I'd like to suggest a few improvements:
— Adjust the water heater to prevent scalding hot water in the shower.
— Consider relocating rooms to minimize traffic noise, as I experienced noise until midnight.
— Regularly change the swimming pool water to maintain a healthier chlorine balance, as the current levels irritated my eyes.
On a positive note, my room had a lovely view of the swimming pool.
