Pullman Ciawi Vimala Hills Resort

We had a fantastic experience at Pullman Vimala Hills. The property itself is incredibly relaxing, but the food and the hospitality truly stood out. The breakfast in DAMAR was outstanding with plenty of delicious choices, and Mba Nike made our dining experience even better with her attentive and friendly service.
​A very special mention goes to Mas Haikal, from the Guest Relation Officer, who went out of his way to make our stay so memorable. He was so accommodating and genuinely cared about our comfort. It’s rare to find such personalized service. We will definitely be coming back!

We had a wonderful short stay at the Pullman Ciawi Vimala Hills Resort Spa & Convention. The property is beautiful, well-maintained, and surrounded by stunning mountain views that create a relaxing atmosphere from the moment you arrive.
The room was clean, comfortable, and thoughtfully equipped, while the staff were consistently warm, attentive, and professional throughout our stay. The facilities were excellent, making it easy to unwind even during a brief visit.
One of the highlights was the complimentary photo session offered by the hotel. It was a lovely surprise and a great way to capture special memories of our stay. The photographer was friendly and made the experience enjoyable and effortless.
Overall, Pullman Vimala exceeded our expectations and provided a perfect getaway. We left feeling refreshed and would gladly return for another stay in the future. Highly recommended for couples, families, and anyone looking for a relaxing escape close to Jakarta.

Nice hotel with lots of activities, especially for kids. The breakfast was good with a variety of choices. It’s a quiet and peaceful place, perfect for a getaway.
The breakfast was enjoyable although there was a slight delay with the coffee probably due to the large number of guests. However the team responded to the feedback promptly.

This was the first time I have ever chosen to leave a hotel before the end of a stay.
What makes this particularly remarkable is that the issues below occurred during a stay of less than 48 hours.
The resort itself is beautiful. The rooms are spacious and comfortable, the grounds are well maintained, and the spa was excellent. In particular, my massage therapist provided one of the best deep tissue massages I have received in a hotel spa.
Unfortunately, the stay was overshadowed by repeated communication failures and operational shortcomings that fell well below what I would expect from an international five-star Pullman resort.
The most concerning issue involved a food allergy I had disclosed. Despite this, I was later offered food containing that allergen by the chef, suggesting the information had not been properly communicated to the kitchen.
Throughout our stay there were numerous service failures, including housekeeping failing to replenish bottled water, multiple food order errors, significant portions of the restaurant menu being unavailable, slow restaurant service, and repeated situations where requests required multiple follow-ups before being actioned.
The most uncomfortable incident involved privacy. Shortly after interacting with a member of staff, I received a LinkedIn notification showing that an employee of the hotel had viewed my profile.

The Hotel is luxurious, elegant, comfortable, aesthetic, and exclusive. The Hotel provided Excellent service. This Hotel is My Favorite Family Kids Hotel at Bogor. All of menu at Damar Restaurant are delicious, authentic, and variatif. All of Employee are Friendly, Helpful, and Fast Responses especially Mr. Joshua (GRO Manager), Mrs. Jannie (FO staff), Mr. Haikal, Mrs. Amalia (GRO Staff), Zahra, Nike, Regita, Glory, Revan (Damar Restaurant staff), and All of Employee Entertainment Team especially Ara, Ucup, Risa, Indra, Yosti, Alfi, Adi, Irfan, Tiara, dan Dina. Thank You for your best hospitality. It is my family favorite hotel with variatif and completed facility for suitable all ages start from kids, teens, and adults. We wana come back again at school holiday.

We had a very comfortable and enjoyable time at Pullman Ciawi. The variety of food was incredible there were so many delicious options to choose from. My daughter was especially happy during our visit, which made the experience even more special for us.
We also received the warmest welcome from Ms. Sandra at the Front Office. She was very kind and made us feel truly welcomed. My daughter was very happy to be there.

I have stayed at Pullman Vimala Hills several times, and as always, the experience has been consistently pleasant and satisfying.
One of the main reasons we keep coming back is the wonderful environment. The surroundings are peaceful, green, and very relaxing — perfect for a short escape from the busy routine. The fresh air and beautiful scenery truly make every stay enjoyable. The facilities are also well maintained and provide great comfort for families.

One of the best buffet breakfast I’ve ever experienced. All the staff were excellent made sure everything was perfect and went above and beyond to ensure guests felt comfortable and taken care of. Special shout out for their outstanding hospitality from Salvira, Najwa and Pakde at the Jamu station in Damar restaurant. They made it even more memorable and unique experience. Their warm smiles and professionalism really stood out. The variety of food was impressive, with plenty of delicious options to start the day. Everything was fresh, well-presented, and constantly replenished, which made the whole experience very enjoyable. Also I really like the concept of informing the guest the benefit of the food/ drinks. Just like jamu station and healthy juice corner. Well done Pullman Ciawi team 👍

From the reservation process until the end, Ms. Aya was very helpful, friendly, and responsive. She made sure everything was well prepared and comfortable, which made the experience even more enjoyable.
The food selection was diverse and delicious, and the atmosphere was elegant yet relaxing, perfect for breaking the fast with family or friends. Thank you for the warm hospitality.

My extended family had an amazing stay of 5 nights at Pullman Bogor. While the rooms were abit dated, but the bed and pillows were probably one of the most comfortable I have slept on. Room was spacious and comfortable.
All the staff at this hotel are super! From reception to Concierge, F&B, Housekeeping & Spa.
Quick shoutout to Chef Adesta & Mursin from Dining who helped me with the food for my son that was suffering from severe food poisoning on his last day. Their attention to customer service is impeccable.

I had such a pleasant dining experience at Jade River Restaurant in Pullman Ciawi Vimala Hills Resort Spa & Convention. The ambiance was elegant yet comfortable, creating the perfect setting for a relaxing meal. The food was beautifully presented and full of flavor, but the highlight for me was definitely the Peking Duck crispy on the outside, tender on the inside, and absolutely delicious.
Special thanks to Livia for her wonderful hospitality. She was attentive, friendly, and made sure everything went smoothly from start to finish. Her excellent service truly made our visit even more enjoyable. I would happily recommend this restaurant and can’t wait to return!

Love the ambience and facilities in here! all staffs are very welcome and helpful, really enjoy the days we spent here in 4 days 3 nights. Bring kid and also the kids activitites in here so fun when staff named Ega, Elma and Yosti welcoming us for making pizza. Also the restaurant staff named Mursin very helpful. Shout out to all of the staffs!
The room services also fast when we call, the room very clean and comfy.

Our family truly enjoyed our stay at this hotel. The atmosphere was very cool, calming, and relaxing, and all the staff were friendly and incredibly helpful. Kids had an amazing time as well because there were so many fun play facilities and activities for them to enjoy.
The room facilities were complete and comfortable, and as Accor members we really appreciated the complimentary room upgrade — it made our stay even more special. Thank you as well for the lovely cake, such a thoughtful gesture.

The room was clean, spacious, and very well maintained. The view was lovely, and the hotel grounds are huge—perfect for walking around and enjoying the fresh air. There are so many activities to do, from free ones to paid options, including a games room and bicycle rides, so you’ll never feel bored.
The food at Damar Restaurant was delicious with plenty of choices, very clean, and absolutely suitable for everyone. Everything we tried was satisfying.
