I had a really lovely iftar experience at Damar Restaurant, Pullman Ciawi Vimala Hills Resort Spa & Convention.
From the reservation process until the end, Ms. Aya was very helpful, friendly, and responsive. She made sure everything was well prepared and comfortable, which made the experience even more enjoyable.
The food selection was diverse and delicious, and the atmosphere was elegant yet relaxing, perfect for breaking the fast with family or friends. Thank you for the warm hospitality.

We had a truly fantastic experience staying at Pullman Ciawi. The ambiance of the hotel is absolutely beautiful, surrounded by lush greenery and fresh mountain air that creates a peaceful and relaxing atmosphere — perfect for a family getaway.
The breakfast was amazing with a wide variety of delicious options, from local Indonesian specialties to international dishes. Everything was fresh, well-prepared, and very tasty. The breakfast ambiance was warm and comfortable, making it a wonderful way to start each morning.
We would also like to give special appreciation to the Pak De Jamu at breakfast, who always welcomed our family with such great hospitality and a warm smile. His friendliness and positive energy made our mornings even more special.
And a big thank you to the wonderful staff — Raden, Yusuf, and Asep — who made our children’s experience unforgettable. They organized fun and engaging games, and their enthusiasm, kindness, and genuine care truly stood out. Our kids were so happy and excited every day because of them.
Overall, it was a memorable stay with excellent service, great food, and a relaxing environment. Highly recommended for families looking for a fun and comfortable getaway. We will definitely come back!

My extended family had an amazing stay of 5 nights at Pullman Bogor. While the rooms were abit dated, but the bed and pillows were probably one of the most comfortable I have slept on. Room was spacious and comfortable.
All the staff at this hotel are super! From reception to Concierge, F&B, Housekeeping & Spa.
Quick shoutout to Chef Adesta & Mursin from Dining who helped me with the food for my son that was suffering from severe food poisoning on his last day. Their attention to customer service is impeccable.

I had such a pleasant dining experience at Jade River Restaurant in Pullman Ciawi Vimala Hills Resort Spa & Convention. The ambiance was elegant yet comfortable, creating the perfect setting for a relaxing meal. The food was beautifully presented and full of flavor, but the highlight for me was definitely the Peking Duck crispy on the outside, tender on the inside, and absolutely delicious.
Special thanks to Livia for her wonderful hospitality. She was attentive, friendly, and made sure everything went smoothly from start to finish. Her excellent service truly made our visit even more enjoyable. I would happily recommend this restaurant and can’t wait to return!

Love the ambience and facilities in here! all staffs are very welcome and helpful, really enjoy the days we spent here in 4 days 3 nights. Bring kid and also the kids activitites in here so fun when staff named Ega, Elma and Yosti welcoming us for making pizza. Also the restaurant staff named Mursin very helpful. Shout out to all of the staffs!
The room services also fast when we call, the room very clean and comfy.
Of course we’ll be back to stay in here.

Our family truly enjoyed our stay at this hotel. The atmosphere was very cool, calming, and relaxing, and all the staff were friendly and incredibly helpful. Kids had an amazing time as well because there were so many fun play facilities and activities for them to enjoy.
The room facilities were complete and comfortable, and as Accor members we really appreciated the complimentary room upgrade — it made our stay even more special. Thank you as well for the lovely cake, such a thoughtful gesture.
Special appreciation to Kak Selly at the restaurant, who was exceptionally warm and attentive. She kindly asked what else we needed and even offered me a healthy juice knowing that I am pregnant. Thank you for going the extra miles to make our experience memorable.

The room was clean, spacious, and very well maintained. The view was lovely, and the hotel grounds are huge—perfect for walking around and enjoying the fresh air. There are so many activities to do, from free ones to paid options, including a games room and bicycle rides, so you’ll never feel bored.
The food at Damar Restaurant was delicious with plenty of choices, very clean, and absolutely suitable for everyone. Everything we tried was satisfying.
The staff were incredibly friendly and helpful. Special thanks to Mba Selly, who assisted us so kindly and made sure we didn’t lack anything or feel disappointed during our stay🤍

What truly made my stay outstanding was the exceptional service from the staff, especially Mas Rayhan. I would like to give a big appreciation to him for being incredibly helpful, attentive, and professional. He was very responsive, proactive, and always willing to help with a positive attitude.

I came with my family for lunch and it was truly memorable. The food was good and the service was amazing. Mba Selly at Damar Resto was very helpful and exceeded our expectations. This is very unexpected luxury at affordable price. We stayed at suite and it provides very large balcony, facing the mountain. Very worthy the price.
The best was the foods! the breakfast was soooo good, it has my fave indonesian, Chinese and Japanese foods. The rendang, nasi kuning, Hawaiian pizza and kwetiaus were winnings. After being full, I went to the sweets section and so happy to found bubur ketan hitam and the jajan pasar. My daughter loves the takoyaki and Mac n chees & Ice cream. Thankful when the manager pak Beni ran from far helping me opening the heavy pan lid when I was about to open the bread butter pudding pan as it was indeed hot and heavy. My family felt so happy to meet such v humble & attentive F&B manager. At evening I was swimming wth my family and ordered sop ikan pindang (really recommend this) and pizzas. We changed to other pools and asked the server to keep the foods. They covered our plates wth lids without being asked and when we came back we ordered Ginger drinks… My daughter is from USA and has defined the experience that night as "magical". Will definitely comeback for the Foods and the tip top services of the staffs at Damar rest. Thank you for the hard work of all the servers…

The kid entertainment at Pullman Ciawi was absolutely wonderful.
During breakfast time, there was a magician who entertained the children while they were eating. The performance was fun, interactive, and created a lively atmosphere that kept the kids engaged and happy.
At the Kids Club, the staff were amazing. Risa and Laura were very friendly and entertaining, doing beautiful hand painting for the children with great patience and creativity. The kids really enjoyed it and felt very comfortable with them.
Highly recommended for families—great experience for kids and a relaxing stay for parents as well.

All the staff were incredibly helpful and friendly, from the restaurant team (apologies that I forgot the restaurant’s name) to the bell boys, who were always polite, cheerful, and ready to assist with anything we needed. Their professionalism and warmth made a big difference.
For families with children, this hotel is exceptional. The Kids Club schedule was well-organized and engaging. The gaming room and various play activities were a big hit with our child, who truly enjoyed every moment.
