The location its great, cool temperature n great food. But the rooms must improve n renovate to comfort all the guest. 🙏🙏
I will not give any star at all for this place since it is an absolute dump yet I had to give them 1 star in order to post a review. I had booked a family room during the long weekend, a fortnight ago. The room was smelt horrendously pungent, a mixed odors of cigarette, sweat, and mold. The wooden floor was filthy like it had never been cleaned for a significant period of time. The bathroom was covered with mold. The bed sheets were utterly filthy, covered with stains, looked unwashed. I strongly assumed that their beds were a living ground for bed bugs. The cupboards were invested in dust. It only took 30 minutes to leave this dump place and booked a room at Royal Safari Garden Hotel since I did not want me and my family being ill. For your information, mold associated with damp buildings can trigger nasal congestion, sneezing, cough, wheeze, respiratory infections and worsen asthma and allergic conditions. I could not find any positive feedback in relation with this resort. By far, D'Agape Meeting and Conference Resort is the worst accommodation which I have ever encountered. Don't be fooled by their good reviews. I am utterly disgusted!
