We stayed here yesterday 14 Dec 2024. The hotel was as expected. Spacious room and we serve with all nice staffs and they were very helpfull and good responses. The pool was together with public visitor but it was ok. We really loved it. Our inputs: breakfast should provide various menu, provide umbrella in each room (especially rainy season) and provide more hanger for dress.

The rooms are good, and this is natural environment thus insects should be common and acceptable, and the waterpark is fun and the dragon slide could have added the fun significantly. The yellow boomerang slide was too fast using the tube in the straight path. It was funny to see my father rided it and the tube came off at the twist. The food was good. Recommended to order nasi liwet. This hotel is very big. The location though is challenging to go through with big cars. So its still good journey.
