Private parking is available, but it is limited in size and shared with the cafe parking, accommodating a maximum of 10 cars. Guests note that there is insufficient space, especially during peak hours, and it is sometimes necessary to ask the security guard to move other cars to exit. The parking area is open without gates, but it is monitored by security personnel 24/7.

Opinions regarding the staff are mixed: many guests describe the employees as very friendly, polite, and helpful. However, there are complaints about a slow check-in process, incompetence of some staff members, and rudeness at the reception. There have also been reports of poor interactions with security, ranging from total indifference to insistent demands for payment for dropping off passengers. The hotel allows late check-in, for example at 10:00 PM, and offers flexible check-out.

A deposit of 100,000 rupiahs is collected upon check-in, which is returned to the guest upon departure.

Breakfast can be organized either as a buffet (during high occupancy) or as individual portions delivered to the room (when there are few guests). The menu includes fried eggs, fried rice, chicken, toast, coffee, tea, and fruit. Some guests were satisfied with the taste, while others complained about the absence of breakfast despite paying through an app, or a vacant kitchen during check-out.

There is a cafe and restaurant on the first floor of the hotel with a diverse menu suitable for young groups. Guests highly rate the taste of the food, especially the pastries and bread, which are affordably priced (from 9 to 15 thousand rupiahs). The coffee roasting cafe serves as a great place for relaxation and work; however, the music from there can be too loud for those staying in the rooms.

The hotel provides fast and stable Wi-Fi. Rooms are equipped with Smart TVs with free access to Netflix, but you must contact the receptionist to activate the service.

Soundproofing in the hotel is poor. Guests complain that conversations from neighbors, renovation noise in adjacent rooms, and loud music from the adjacent cafe—which can start as early as 6:30 AM—are audible. Noise from the coffee roaster is also audible.

The condition of the rooms varies significantly by type. Family and Pop Art rooms are generally described as clean, aesthetic, and spacious. However, standard rooms on the first floor often lack windows, which can make them feel stuffy and damp. There are complaints about worn-out furniture, old mattresses, pillows that are either too thick or sagging, as well as stains on the blankets.

Reviews regarding cleanliness are contradictory. Some guests find the rooms impeccably clean and fragrant. Others report serious issues: mold on the walls, dirty and rusted plumbing fixtures, deposits in the sinks, and even the presence of large insects (worms) in the bathroom. Dirty plates in the corridors and dirt tracks on the floor near the stairs have also been mentioned.

The air conditioning system is inconsistent: in some rooms, the AC cools excellently, while in others (for example, room 204), it is insufficient. Rooms are equipped with water heaters for the shower, but there have been reported cases of temporary water outages or dirty water appearing in the tap.

Standard toiletries are provided in the rooms: shampoo, shower gel, toothbrush, toothpaste, shower cap, and slippers. Bottled water, tea, coffee, and an electric kettle are also available. A hair dryer can be obtained for free from the reception upon request.

There is no elevator in the hotel; access to rooms on the second floor is only via stairs. This may be inconvenient for people with limited mobility or when transporting heavy luggage.

The hotel offers spacious family rooms with two large beds and a mini-fridge, which is convenient for groups. However, some guests do not recommend this place for a full family vacation or staycation due to the insufficient level of comfort and service for long-term stays with children.
