The condo gave a a suprise. The outlook seems alright and good location. But parking is not free even you rented the apartment. The room is unexpected small and all the walls are hollow, seems it is just a partition by wood. Therefore do not expect a good sound proof. Toilet no hot water supply. Need to consider is you need hot water shower.
It is just a place for you to sleep. Don't expect too much.
