Unfortunately, our stay was really disappointing. There was barely any water coming out of the shower, and at one point we even had no water at all. The air conditioning hardly worked — even after running it all day at 15 degrees, the room stayed warm and stuffy.
Without a scooter, you can’t really do anything because the hotel is far from the center. The room was old and poorly maintained, with stains on the duvet and no cleaning during our stay. Everything felt very neglected.
What made things worse is that there’s no one at the hotel most of the time, and they don’t provide any contact number — so if you need help, there’s simply no one you can reach. We told them several times about the water issue, but nothing was done. When we asked to check out earlier, the owner was completely uncooperative.
The only good things were the nice breakfast, the beautiful garden, and the lovely lady who hosts the place — she was very kind and really tried her best, but it seems the owner doesn’t support her at all.
Overall, a nice garden and friendly host, but everything else was a big disappointment.

We had a nice stay for 5 days in Ermaja's Pavilion. We loved the environment, the surrounding, good services, clean room, nice bathroom & a cozy outdoor livingroom.

So lucky to find The Ermaja's Pavilion. Very nice and unique place to stay. My wife really loved it. Mr. Yanto was also very helpful & polite. The breakfast was great and the price affordable
