Pros.
The location was prime. The staff was excellent. I also love the breakfast, a little bit salty though.
Cons.
However, I think you need to change the carpet since the room smell dusty. The staff responded with extra vacuum but the smell still lingering even on my clothes.

I stayed here for 3 days and have chosen this place several times before due to its overall comfort. However, there are recurring issues that need serious attention.
The toilet facilities are poorly maintained—leaking problems and low water pressure made my stay less pleasant. Additionally, the breakfast was a major letdown. The variety is very limited, and the taste was below acceptable standards. It even made me feel unwell afterward.
For a hotel of this level, I expected better. I hope management takes this feedback seriously and works on improving the food quality, variety, hygiene, and maintenance of basic facilities.

I had high hopes for my stay at Amaroossa Bandung, but it was a major letdown from start to finish. Arriving at 1 PM, I was greeted by a chaotic wedding party, leaving no available parking space. The security and valet service were unhelpful, telling me to park in the already full basement. Despite their job being to assist guests, they made no effort to help.
Upon check-in, there was no one to help with our bags, forcing us to carry them to our room ourselves. Once in the room, we discovered incomplete amenities – no shower gel or bathroom mat. The telephone was broken, making it impossible to contact the receptionist. Being on the second level, we were constantly disturbed by the strong kitchen smell.
The noise was another issue. The hotel staff decided to vacuum the dining area late at night, which was incredibly noisy and disruptive.
Breakfast the next morning was another disappointment. There was only one menu option – fish. The receptionist didn't even offer an apology for the limited selection. Frustrated and dissatisfied, I checked out at 7 AM.
Overall, my experience at Amaroossa Bandung was disastrous. From poor service to inadequate amenities and disturbances, it felt far from a 4-star experience. I would not recommend this hotel to anyone and firmly believe it needs significant improvements before being considered again. 1 star and definitely not returning.
