The worst hotel I’ve ever been. You will have a better experience with a tent in a gas station compared to this place. The bed, pillows, room are all damp and there is a weird smell from it. There are a lot of cockroach in the bathroom, the toilet can’t flush properly so don’t even think to do number two. Shower can’t even work properly that I have to book another place in the next day just to take a shower. I couldn’t book it by the time I arrived to this cursed place since I arrived in the middle of the night (23-ish).

First of all you guys have to know that I rent the cheapest room on the hotel, room number 210.
Fyi, I dont think this hotel especially the cheapest room is an option to stay more than a night. Coz I saw a lot of people just do transit (Like using the room for a couple hour) on the cheapest room like I do.
The room is not that bad, the AC isnt strong but I think you'll sweat a lot if you come with another person. Its not hot, nor cold. Just fine.
Note this if you already booked for more than a night, YOU HAVE TO REQUEST THE ROOM CLEANING to the front desk. I get a picture of how I leave the room and it is just like the last time I left it. I know maybe this is just a common thing for most of the people, but sadly the front desk didnt tell me about it. And I feel bad for how they treat everyone like everyone knows already about unspoken rules in the hotel.
And again about the room, usually when you get to your room after you got the key or anything to access your room. You'll find at least some mid bottle of water and a towel at least. Yes you're right, you better ask the front desk if it served or not. Bcs in my case, they didnt tell me anything about it and I even bought a towel myself. Not even soap or shampoo like on the apps said, even toothbrush is unavailable. Im not blaming the management, im just unsatisfied about how careless they are about that and you guys should talk to the front desk often about things you could find inside the room.
