Quite and secluded location. Best to unwind from city.
The room layout was a bit off, bed is right there when you open the door. Should have been a bit inside closer to the other end.
Dirty room, smelly bathroom. The staff member went into our room without taking his shoes off😅 But the facilities are good, the swimming pool is deep, good for diving. The location is also quiet. Just need to prepare that the room will be not in the best condition. And Wifi is also unstable, constantly disconnecting.
Edit: second time we stayed here the room was much better…

We had expected a decent level of cleanliness despite the building being older, but unfortunately the overall condition and housekeeping standards were very disappointing.
The room was not properly maintained. The bathroom, in particular, was in poor condition—there was visible mold on the ceiling, a persistent bad odor coming from the drain, and no shower curtain. The entire space felt outdated and run down. While the hot water worked well, it was one of the very few positives.
The bedding also needs serious attention. The bed sheets showed clear signs of wear and tear, and the pillows should be replaced. The small black decorative pillows were visibly stained and appeared unwashed, which was quite unhygienic. The floors were dirty, and the cupboard was extremely dusty.
Although the air conditioning unit seemed relatively new and worked well, it did not make up for the other issues. Soundproofing was also very poor—you could clearly hear noise from neighboring rooms and the balcony, including conversations and other disturbances.
The non-smoking policy was not enforced at all. Despite signage, guests were smoking in both the rooms and balconies, and the smell easily entered our room, making it very uncomfortable. We also encountered ants in the room, and the only solution provided was a can of insect spray.
Overall, the stay was far below expectations due to poor cleanliness, lack of maintenance, and inadequate management of basic guest comfort standards.
