I have been living here since 2020 because the location is very strategic, only a 10-minutes walk to the MRT Bundaran HI Station. It is also easy to find food nearby.
The room has windows, so the natural lighting is very good.
The price is very reasonable. The management provides excellent service when there are issues like internet, water, etc. They also provide drinking water, refrigerator, shared kitchen, gas, etc (which makes life easier).
The guards are very helpful and friendly! The most importantly, the place is clean.
I highly recommend to stay here :)
