Location is on the hub of bus, trains, shuttle busses and MRT (10 mins walk), so the atmosphere is a bit crowded.
A bit difficult to find if you come with taxi because you won’t see the hotel lobby.

I recently stayed at ARTOTEL Hub Simpang Temu for 3D2N and had a really pleasant experience. The hotel is super strategic, especially for travelers who rely on public transport.

Perfectly suited for a business stay. Fast, reliable Wi-Fi, great in-room workspace, and a very convenient location near key transit hubs and meeting spots.

I stayed in the Family room and loved the experience. The room was very comfortable and spacious, super clean, and nicely set up. The view was absolutely amazing.
Breakfast was also good.

I booked junior suites with 2 rooms 1 bath. Living and dining and pantry. 3 lcd tv. Spacious. The staff are friendly. Near Lotus Matte. I love the breakfast buffet. Variety of food.

The hotel has an old fashioned style, but is well maintained.
It also has two charging stations for those who drives an electric car.
Staff services are well mannered and great.

I visited Luminor Hotel Kota for a meeting and had a very pleasant experience. The staff were friendly, professional, and always ready to help.

Overall good stay, breakfast was so so but okay, the front office lady named Uchi was so helpful to provide the washing machine in my room. Room needs maintenance since it’s look very old.

We stayed here for a family trip and rented a 3-bedroom apartment.

— Good location that is fairly near the airport yet connected to a mall which provided convenience.
— Room was comfortable and of a good size.

Rooms are clean and spacious with a vintage-modern vibe, plus a fully equipped kitchen if you want to cook. Facilities are solid too, swimming pool, gym, sauna, and a kids’ play area.

Homey yet luxurious. Spacious room with amazing city view. Wifi, entertainment, and all accesses are so easy and convenient. Great accommodation. Thank you, will be back for sure!
