Every year I will be here for Laksa. Good food.

The interior so unique, in rest room also. I only visit it in their cafe. The taste was ok nothing special, but the menu not much, the price quite high.

Lovely alternative full-service hotel. Despite on arriving at the hotel late, the staff were expecting us to check in. The breakfast which is include if you book direct was one of the best Breakfasts I’ve ever had in Jakarta. The room isn’t big but functional and very comfortable. The staff surprised me with a big cake on my birthday just as I was checking out.

Amazing hotel, the entire mood of the hotel is super chilled. Very nice the rooftop (good cocktails) and breakfast is very nice as well. Rooms are a little bit small but very comfortable.

Modern boutique hotel, strategically located. Rooms were slightly small compared the average sizes in Jakarta. This should not put you off staff was friendly and courteous. Loved that they provided travel sized khiels toiletries during your stay! Definitely pop by the restaurant in the lobby — nasi goreng was to die for!

Great cocktails and food. Had a katsu burger and wasn't disappointed. Slightly disappointed they didn't have a mojito that night, but the other drinks were good. They also still serve alcohol during the fasting period.

Rooms are thoughtfully designed. Splendid shower n amenities. Breakfasts taste great. all non smoking rooms so smokers have to go down outside the lobby for a quick puff. deposit of idr400k / room / night.

Functional but small room. Breakfast is also functional but little choice. Good enough is it's middle name.

Small rooms but so cleverly designed and aesthetically pleasing I look forward to retire to my room at the end of each day. From the breakfast to room service to staff attentiveness… superb service.

Beautiful budget hotel. Excellent and beautiful restaurant. Would have given 5-star if room were a bit bigger, had a small fridge. Extremely noisy neighbours is a huge downfall. Despite being a very nice hotel, room size, room rate, no fridge, noisiness, all this force me to give no more than 3 star.

Very nice hotel. It is small, it is cozy, it looks modern, it feels homey and the staff is very kind. I slept in room 311, 2 single beds. The room is small but very nice, very clean, comfortable beds and the design is on point. Loved it. Would definitely recommend this hotel. The location is 7min walk from Grand Indonesia and Plaza Indonesia. The price is ok, I paid 60 euro incl breakfast.

Great boutique hotel at the heart of Jakarta. Really love the ambience and atmosphere of the hotel. Super cozy and the rooms and lounges are well-furnished and decorated.

So often the reality of these boutique hotels don't live up to your expectations from the photos. I'm happy to report that Kosenda is exactly as advertised — stylishly designed with a hip vibe, it has a fantastic rooftop bar if you're looking to wind the day down and a great restaurant/coffee shop downstairs that's open 24/7. The rooms themselves are cosy but beautifully done, with a comfortable bed and spacious bathroom. I'm a fan and will definitely be staying here next time I'm back in Jakarta.

One of my favorite hotels for the price anywhere on earth. Highly recommended. Absolutely beautiful in a very organic modern way.

Place is very nice, Service is good but an extra staff or two would be great addition, Food in Waha taste great. The only poor thing is waiting time! If you're hungry and would like to eat here you'd better have your own snack before devouring their delicious meal. Its like they have only one or two cook in the kitchen.

You can't go wrong with this place. I love the hotel design, the building materials, the restaurants, and especially the room. They provide a nice toiletry package — — different from the other hotel, you can actually use their shampoo, soap, and even their toothpaste & toothbrush (it is very nice and usable :) ).

A Jakarta-feel-like-Bali boutique hotel with great and cozy ambience. Really love the design in every corner of the hotel, especially Waha restaurant. This hotel also has a roof-top bar at 9th floor where you can chill with your loved ones while enjoying the city view and DJ performance. The food was just okay though. The room is quite small (as this is more to a business hotel) yet nice, especially to have the iPod dock in the room. Overall, I did have my weekend well spent there. Recommended.

Outside was the trafic jungle with cars bumper to bumper. Entering the hotel lobby was like an oasis of peace and quiet. Nice music playing in the background. Very friendly staff. Behind the restaurant tables are lazy chairs to hang out and relax. The regular hotel rooms are spacious enough and clean. Good bed. Even a little fridge hidden in a cabinet. The shower has a large showerhead. If only there was a door between the shower and toilet or include a floor squeegee. Good breakfast. Overall I would give this hotel a 10 out of 10.

The security services at the front door is far from nice. My friend booked earlier and already in the room, I came late btw using my motorcycle. Before entering the building the security stopped me, and asked too many foolish unnecessary questions like, what are you gonna do? Have you booked the room? What room are you in? That's silly! None of them is your business. Then they suggested me to park outside the building which is across the street with hourly parking tariff. Previously, I asked my friend to confirm to the receptionist asking for parking spot for motorcycle. They said yes, it's available. Turns out, the almighty security guard said there's no parking space for motorcycle. There's more great hotel with nice service in the area. Just saying.

It came accross as bussines city hotel, with very convenient location at the center of jakarta, room sizes is bit small, but the quality of interior, room amenities, toiletteries, and services makes up for it … breakfast menu are typical to other but the quality is certainly better.

It's a 4 stars hotel and boutique style. It has its own unique ambience. And backed up by the lounge that never closed (24 hrs) is truly a strong point to stay.

The hotel has a great vibe which is consistant throughout. The room was lovely and although not large, that didn't distract it from being thoughtfully furnished. Staff are great and made our welcome and stay a hassle free experience.

Cute, modern boutique hotel in a prime location in Central Jakarta — it's close to Plaza Indonesia and Grand Indonesia. Plenty of restaurants down the road. Breakfast is good with friendly service. Food is good with a reasonable amount of choices. Great ambience at the lobby lounge where kitchen is open 24 hours. The rooftop bar is also a cool spot to chill out. Rooms are small but you get everything you need.

Super nice hotel whether coming for work or holidays! Always (no exception) great music selection, the staff is super nice as well, rooms a bit small yet super comfy, living room area and dining area relaxing and chilled. You can work there very easily and with great comfort! You can listen to water running! It is just great!

Nice hipster hotel, they have a 24 hours restaurant, called Waha Kitchen and they also have a lounge on the top of the hotel called Awan Lounge. The hotel is located in the middle of Jakarta, the room is nice but not too big.

Rooms fitted with silent but good airco! Make sure you don't get room 801 assigned (many people talking in front of your door on their way to the rooftop terrace).
Breakfast is good — various options to choose from. I was not impressed by the quality of the dinner dishes though.

+ situated in the center, it's very comfortable for tourists visiting Jakarta and business trips, + the hotel has wonderful, very interesting design + the sunset from the bar on the roof is the must see Jakarta sightseeing! — The staff speak English very poor, — the prices for food and drinks are extremely high, unreasonably high! No food or drinks here (both in the restaurant in the ground floor and the Awan lounge on the roof) doesn't worth it, — in case the ordered drink is complex they can hold part of it, then they'll bring you something another (not the same they should bring you with the drink ordered according to the menu) if you claim on it by the reason the staff doesn't understand you exactly, — rooms are extremely small.

SMALL ROOM with very expensive Price I have booked the hotel for 2 nights, but I stay for 1 night only. The room space is very small. The price for 1 night for COMFORTA, it was Rp 1.425 million. It's very expensive for this class of hotel, We can got the suite ROOM for this price at 3 or 4 star hotel. It is not suitable for family traveller, it suit only for single traveller. No room service, and limited space for car parking. You must take a walk around 15 minutes to Sarinah. The positif one is only on the design of the Hotel, nothing else.

Very good alternative to large chains of hotels nearby if we're looking for a good central location. The style, very refined, an excellent restaurant and a friendly bar on the roof. Not to mention the warm welcome and attention brought to least requests.
A bit loud however, but what place isn't in jakarta Center.
