Good ambience to work, food and drinks available in many variant.

Love to spend a night in here. Would definitely come back to this place. It is nice place for staycation. More over on Sunday morning there is Car Free Day program in front of the hotel.

The service is very good… n the food too.

Hotel dengan lokasi yang strategis. Dekat dengan pusat kuliner jalan sabang, dan di sekitar ada fastfood 24 jam. Dekat dengan stasiun gambir dan stasiun kereta sudirman (ke bandara). Pegawainya ramah dan supel. Menu sarapan bervariasi akan tetapi setiap hari polanya sama. Kolam renang dalam, jadi tidak disarankan untuk anak anak atau orang yg tidak bisa berenang. Cocktail di lounge suasananya nyaman (hanya tersedia untuk kamar pacific room keatas). Menu kudapannya juga rasanya enak. Wifi dalam kamar bagus tetapi ada beberapa blankspot di beberapa kamar.

The hotel management has changed and they are trying to improve in certain areas. However the overall experience still struggles to meet with that of a busy traveller. The rooms are old, stink and bathroom fittings are in horrible state. Much worse is the condition when the hotel is running to full capacity the service also falls down dramatically. Overall, its not a recommended place anymore after having stayed her repeatedly for the last 7 years.

I enjoyed my stay at Sari Pacific Jakarta the other day. Just one thing. Hot water was not really hot enouch for 1st day evening only. But Rest of the stay was no problem.

The staff have been fantastic. Great to see. Level 18 service is fantastic. One thing is the menu on 18 needs revision and hot food to be hot not luke warm. Crackers for the cheese would help.

Nice and comfort. Have tematic and spacious exhibition area like art and Ramadhan Fast fashion. Professional Hospitality Staffs. Firm security check. Have a buffet restaurant. Spacious Parking area. Good view. In the main street with two way traffics.

Nice hotel with the great service, location in the central Jakarta. Warm welcome from the staff start from the entrance, also you can find the great Japanese restaurant there.

I would have rated my stay a 9 because the location, rates, service, room, amenities, club facilities are all very good. Of importance for me is a well appointed bathroom that works. My bathroom had a leak that left parts of the floor wet and slippery. The shower curtain was about 18 inches too long and lay across the bottom of the bathtub when in use. The shower, though quite new, was quirky. There is a lever on the wall left behind from an older shower system. I mistakenly moved the lever thinking it directs water to the shower head. It took a while before I figured out a knob on the faucet should be used. Little things that marred an otherwise excellent stay!

Need rectification for : 1. Noising AC 2. Cabinet for SDB 3. Different level floor (from bathroom to wardrobe & from bathroom to bed room) Need replament for: 1. Minibar (better minibar put on cabinet) 2. Standing Lamp in entrance to room & standing lamp near bed room.

Sari Pacific Jakarta was formerly known as Sari Pan Pacific. This hotel is located in the heart of Jakarta that makes it reacheable from everywhere. I was here attending a focus group discussion. I took online cab, and the driver drove me right in front of this hotel. It's building is so big and attractive that it easy to be seen from inside the cab. The conference room was very cozy, I enjoyed the discussion and as well as its refreshment dishes. The toilet was clean and the bellboy were very helpfull. Anyway they also attractive. I saw the pool in the first floor and didnt have enough time to take a time to enjoy it. Before leaving this hotel, I enjoyed chilling in the lobby. The lobby room is very big and there are a lot of sofa include private table that you can enjoy. I dont really know how was the room because I did not sleep there since my house is actually in the south jakarta. But, my friend told me that the room is clean, beautifull and he enjoyed living there fir two nights. The securities was very friendly and very gentle to help me find cabs. I think you will enjoy stay here for some nights.

Hotel di pusat kota. Cocok utk tempat meeting. Snack coffee break nya enak. Makanan di restoran fiesta nya juara. Seafood on ice nya seger bgt! Pilihan menu beragam. Sayang utk lunch terbatas sm air putih aja minumnya. Klo mau minuman lain kena additional charge. Oia sm musolla ny Keciiil bgt jd agak kurang nyamaaan.

It is located right in the city centre and very close to major tourist attractions. I found my room to be comfortable and clean. Breakfast was nice and staff was courteous. Electrical system and shower are old and need to be improved urgently.

Nice relaxing visit. I was very impressed by the Indonesian doorman who could speak Polish. Not very often do you see that. Staff was very friendly and always making sure we felt comfortable. Kids enjoyed the Christmas Holiday Decorations. And breakfast was on the spot. Will recommend and come back.

Nice place on well laid out street, has large lounge area to relax, lounge has several shops, including one excellent bread shop. The bread shop has a large variety of bread and cakes, also has separate meat section where they sell sausages, prime breakfast cuts etc. Must visit for foreigners looking for good breakfast stuff. The hotel is in prime central location close enough to major shopping malls.

Wonderful. I almost lost my phone when I forgot it on my air port taxi. Hotel staff went through cctv to find out car number, then contacted taxi company, got down the driver contaxt number, and finally get back my phone. Hats off to Duty managers Indra & Heri and commited security staff, who worked tirelessly to avoid disaster and make my stay in Jakarta. Full credit to hotel staff. Wonderful!

Old fashioned hotel. Good location right next to 24 hours starbucks and burger king. The room is spacious though I find that the amenities provided not really complete. You have to ask for tooth brush and shampoo.

Room Layout and rest room are old fashioned model and needed to be renovated. Buffet style for breakfast should be enriched variety of food or meal items.

I went there twice for research seminars. The food was okay and the seminar room was pretty comfortable. The mushalla was really small tho.

I was so impressed with Sari Pan Pacific Hotel the service they offer was great. Since I return to lndonesia and stayed for the first time in this hotel, l had a great time and feel like home. I did enjoy the fitness centre, the pool and the sauna also the food buffet is really really good. In fact I did recommended to all my business partner and my family overseas if they come to Jakarta, just stay in the Sari Pan Pacific Hotel Jakarta Indonesia. Good hotel… famous since 90's… Their food is good. Last time I remember a discount for their famous bakery after 20:00. The bread is superb…

5 star service. Their trademark, service one, is very helpful. You could ask nearly everything, even for finding nice restaurants around the hotel. Lots of different cuisine to choose each day. Although I have to agree, their building is dated. My bathroom tile was expand so it's unattached to the wall. But overall, it was nice.

Sari Pan Pacific (SPP) — location, location, location… ●Easy accessibility to popular tourist attractions such as Sarinah shopping mall, Thamrin City (Grand Indonesia, Plaza Indonesia, Bundaran Hotel Indonesia, few renowned hotels), Tanah Abang (wholesale centre — clothing and accessories). ●SPP also surrounded by countless of 24hrs food choices from fast food (BurgerKing, KFC, McD, Starbucks) to local food such as Garuda Nasi Padang, street food & food court in the shopping mall! ●Taxis are readily available! ●Rooms are nice, comfortable and complete but I think they require refurbishment… ●Swimming pool area is great! ●SPP has fitness centre (Clarke Hatch Gym) and health club too but I think they really have to upgrade the health club… Maintenance is the key thing here! ●Restaurant — coffeehouse, good selection of food especially local fare… Just nice for breakfast, you know you cant eat so much in early morning! ●Staff — hotel team always tried their best to fulfill guests requirement, even though language barrier is a quite challenging for them, bravo! ♡♡♡I was there on weekend, so I joined Jakarta Car Free Morning, just few steps away from SPP (every Sunday, main road along Thamrin Road was closed from 6-11am, in awareness of great health campaign).

A very good hotel located in a center of Jakarta business district and located to many of official Indonesian government office. The hotel staff is very friendly, and the room decor is good. There's indoor swimming pool.

Location-wise the hotel is great, right in the center of Jkt city. Staff are very helpful and friendly. Room facilities are old. I particularly did not enjoy the food, less selection of menu for breakfast, food quality is just an 'okay' — I opted to go out and have to get meals instead of eating at the hotel resto.

Beautiful place, but there's a MOSQUE right by the hotel, so most likely going to be some sort of terrorist attack. Or we can stay in denial and think that the Mosque is a peaceful place of gathering ;-)

Good place, close to most businesses district. Best chef. Great power breakfast. The interior rather old fashioned but stull comfortable.

Really loved to stay here. Our company has an MOU that would allow us to enjoy the executive lounge on the 18th floor (free food, free drinks-wine-& beers). The last part is enough to make me go back every time I have business in Jakarta. =).
