Anastasia is a gem in the company very professional, helpful and informative. Cleanliness is spotless. The only thing is to carry your luggage to the 3rd floor and no security in some days.

We had a great one night stay at this property. Check in was super efficient and the staff were amazingly friendly — front desk, butlers, room attendants and room service. The food was delicious.

Breakfast buffet was so insanely extensive & even had a la carte menu if you don't fancy anything from the wide brekky spread.

I had an excellent stay at the Fraser Place Setiabudi. My friend recommended the hotel as she was staying nearby. All the rooms are suites; I booked a one bedroom.

How is this a Doubletree and not a Hilton?

My organization has held several meetings at this hotel, and it has always been a delightful experience.

We stayed here for 5D4N for 2 pax. Weeks before arriving in JKT, we emailed the hotel to reconfirm our reservation since we booked via Agoda and they replied on the same day which was amazing.

The room is ok, I can’t say it clean because at the first night the blanket was smell, honestly I was worried that they may not changed it from previous customers.

Hotel was great, wide pool, sauna and gym. The room is clean and the view is nice, noise from the road cant be heard much, so its great. But you guys are seriously understaffed, mate.

This hotel is literally comfortable for family and business trip. It’s a huge room. It’s doesn’t look like hotel room but apartments studio room. They have enough space for 4 people even.

The location is very ideal and central, which makes getting around easy. The room was clean and comfortable. The AC took a bit of time to cool the room properly, but once it did, it was fine.

Toilet and bed sheet are clean enough. Room is spacious. For such a price level, I cannot complain about anything. Just okay for the price.

The most luxurious apartment i’ve ever visited, honestly on another level for me. I stayed here for one night with my family and we chose a 3-bedroom apartment.

Location is on the hub of bus, trains, shuttle busses and MRT (10 mins walk), so the atmosphere is a bit crowded.
A bit difficult to find if you come with taxi because you won’t see the hotel lobby.

I recently stayed at ARTOTEL Hub Simpang Temu for 3D2N and had a really pleasant experience. The hotel is super strategic, especially for travelers who rely on public transport.

I really enjoy staying at Oakwood Suites Kuningan during my business trips. I stayed in the Studio Executive Room, which was comfortable, clean and well maintenaned.

PassGo Thamrin offers a comfortable stay with a clean and organized environment. The room I stayed in was okay, nothing fancy, but functional and suitable for a short visit.

It's crazy to say, but this place has much better facilities than most 'luxury' accommodations in Jakarta.

Had a best night in nostoi! staff was super nice and very fast response when we need something. There are a lot of foods around as I need to buy for sahoor!

Clean place, loved that it’s a serviced apartment so we get privacy, security, room service but also our own space when travelling in a group.

Have stayed here multiple times for short and long stays since 2018, most recently last month. The staff is extremely helpful and courteous — special mention to Ferdy, Francesa, Sofwan and Eric.

I had an excellent experience for romantic dinner with my wife to celebrate our anniversary. Good taste for the foods (set menu) and very delicious. All FNB staff are friendly and helpful.

I stayed at Shankee Sudirman for three nights (11–14 Juni) via Agoda at approximately 400K IDR—an excellent value for the location and amenities offered.

The room is good, however the TV is only connectable to the guest's private Netflix account. The remote screen share is only from PC and not from mobile.
