Very Nice hotel, very clean with great standard of sanitation. The room is very spacious and inside the hotel you can find so many spots for great photos. The bathroom and dressing room was huge also. The staff are also friendly and very helpful. Definitely will comeback to stay.

Nice place to have staycation. Very helpful staff, tasty food, very clean place, green swimming pool with city view, and they provide surprise birthday cake and window birthday greeting… instagramable in every corner… will be back soon for sure.

From entering the hotel till checking out, the services were excellent as in immediate & hospitable. Room services were also on point from extra towels, bathrobe & in-room dining. Variety of the food & beverages during breakfast were fresh & great. And again, can’t say enough of the warm hospitality & promptness. I would definitely return back!

Great food, nice hotel 'n great service.

This hotel had the most comfortable bed compare to all Luxury hotel in Jakarta! The whole family fall asleep in 5 minutes when in bed. Room design was amazing, I love how they arrange the room! One thing is less is breakfast, only few menu. But the rest is amazing!

I enjoy almost everything in this hotel, the service is excellent, the room is spacious, clean, and the design is elegant. The ambience and quality of massage is great. The taste and ambience at Alto restaurant is also superb. It is really nice to stay at this hotel, definitely will come again.

Beautiful hotel, centrally located — easy access to different parts of Jakarta. The suites are super spacious, with lots of lovely little touches. Love the food at Alto and cocktails at Nautilus!

Hotelnya bagus, modern, mewah, berkelas, bersih, rapi, banyak ornamen seni. Sudah terasa keanggunan berseninya saat turun dari mobil di depab lobby hotel. Kamar tamunya luas, lega, juga terasa mewah dan berkelas. Penjagaannya ketat banget, bahkan terasa berlebihan ketatnya. Lobbynya bagus, toiletnya terasa mewah, ballroomnya luas dan anggun.

Stayed here during convention. The suite room is just amazing, and furniture are not cheaply made. They use Etro bath amenities, bathroom is all marbled. Nothing about this hotel is cheaply made. Breakfast is also good at Palm court. I love their bar.

The hotel is nice. Their concept is quite different than any other hotel that I've visited. If you are someone who loves to take selfie then this hotel give you lots of good spot. However, I think they need to fix the signal in their parking. It takes one hour for me to find my driver. I cannot call him and, according to my driver, he didn't hear any car call. Finally I found him after the hotel security help me by checking at the parking lot. Fiuh.

Been there for internationa conference. The food was really good. The room was not bad, the big screen was a little bit shut in the top because of the big luxury lamp. Overall it was a good experience.

One of the best hote in Jakarta. Four Seasons standard is always the best kind of service in the hospitality industry and Four Seasons Jakarta certainly delivers it. Room was large and spacious. It has all the standard 5 star hotel ammenities. Breakfast needs a little improvement but the palm court restaurant is certainly breathtaking. Gym was great but pool is rather small. Staff were friendly and accommodating.

Whats not to love? Everything is beautiful if you like classic modern design. Everyone is being nice and taking care of all your needs. If I'm being picky, some marble in room 701 need to be replace because of brown stained probably from water damage. But everything is great. My 3yo daughter loves marbles. She is very happy.

Meeting rooms here are very comfortable and provide the perfect atmosphere for a productive brainstorming session. Food is great though with a little improvement it would be perfect.

It was one of the most convenient place to stay. Beautiful landscape, great service, especially there was a shuttle anytime to send us to pacific place mall and around scbd.

One of the best Hotel in Jakarta. Luxurious, well maintained facilities, great service. It is strategically located, however due to the street has LRT and Pancoran Fly Over construction the traffic jam is really bad in the area. The food is superb. If you feeling lazy to use your own car the Hotel is reachable by walk from Jamsostek Busway stop (around 100-200 m).

Firstly, I would like to express my gratitude to the whole FS department for making our wedding more than just a celebration. None brought us more joy than receiving positive comments from our friends and acquaintances in regards to our wedding. I will start from the decision making process, with intense competition in wedding venue options in Jakarta, FS was a no brainer for us. Hotel was more than beautiful, it was classic, recent and definitely well maintained. But it wasn't this that made our decision so easy. It was the warm introduction over coffee by Dean, whom later introduced us to Mbak Sari. The harmony of working together gave us confidence that we weren't getting tricked, that they were putting their all in making sure we get what we dreamed of, and at a price that we could afford. In all honesty, maybe FS was not the cheapest, but with a great welcome and clear introduction, nobody would mind the price. There is a difference between being a professional and a friend, being right between them is the most impossible task for any professional. Mbak Sari and Dean delievered exactly that. Dean although not in his department, is always ready to help as if it is his own wedding. Mbak Sari treated us like a family, staying by our side, never saying no, putting her best effort despite difficult demands, and smiling through the way. Notably giving me a beautiful cake made by a beautiful chef for my birthday, small gesture that meant the world to me.

Four season hotel is a nice interiors in coffee shop with sombrero lamp concept. Amazing swiming pool environment, and classical room interior design, very nice ballroom, last but not least is a good, delicious, fresh food from the oven.

This hotel did an amazing job making us feel welcome on a recent trip to Jakarta. They gave us a fantastic room that was bigger than my entire apartment at home. The view of downtown Jakarta was excellent. The pool is an absolute joy, and Pak Ridwan did a great job with hospitality there. The front desk and concierge did a wonderful job helping us book tickets on the train to our next destination (Yogyakarta). An absolutely lovely experience!

The hospitality is so good, they always provide iced infused water everytime the guests are swimming. In addition to that, they also gave complimentary fresh fruit and popsicle. Great breakfast. The room is superb!

Chic, inspiring confident and accomplishment, highly secured, spacy parking lots, large open space at ground level. All other facilities and servicws are just five-star luxurious grade.

Went for an event in the ballroom. The ballroom is great and very luxurious. But I must say the service was exceptional. On our way to hotel my baby daughter and 7 y. O son threw up in the car and it messed the baby bag. So when I arrived at the designated family and committee room on 3rd floor I asked for a hot tea and a laundry bag for our baby bag. Shortly they brought both of them for us. We're not even stayed there!

The surrounding environment is not very good. The staff members were friendly, but sometimes met with staff who ate out sometimes. At night, I smelled soot from the torch burning in the pool and I was dizzy. The good thing is the bedding condition is very good. The water is also very clean. The details inside the hotel room are excellent. However, it is unfortunate that it is in the center of the city. The Jakarta slums seem too close.

Located in the city of heart Jakarta and It's 5 Stars for A very HIGH-END concept Hotel! with a hint of futuristic touch and I had a room with Amazing view of Jakarta City from above, Also got a humble and nice service from all the employee. Definitely a great hotel to stay. We were sure we will come back again in the future.

Very modern place, the interior of the room is very modern and sophisticated, yet cozy and still feels like home. I really love the color scheme in the room — mostly white with the touch of light blue, creme, and some really dark blue. The service is also very good! Recommended place to stay.

I just short visit here when my clients stay in this hotel for few days. So far the hotel is good. Very clean. Security is very good. Hotel staff was friendly and nice. They also helpful. I visit the room of my clients here and it also big and very nice.
