Ok kok hotelnya… satu bangunan sama apartement. Depan sebelah kanan ada indomaret. Jd klau mau beli cemilan dan minuman bs ke sana… ada fasilitas spa dan kolam renang… Makan paginya lumayan enak. Ada bubur. Soto dan makanan tengah… Kebersihan hotel juga terjaga. Pokoknya cukup puas menginap di sini…

Saat makan all u can eat nya disana, sempet kaget karena nama tempatnya best westren, jadi dikira makanan western. Ternyata yg disajikan adalah hampir semua menu lokal. Soal rasa, makananya enak.

We forgot to bring IPAD in room when check-out. Fortunately hotel manager Mr Samaun help us to deal with the delivery issues in Jakarta. We are very appreciated for the patience and the warming service.

The position and the shape of the building is a bit weird for me. Hahaha. We couldnt find parking area for vehicle. The hotel is close to Jakarta International Expo Kemayoran, so good option for you to stay, if you join any program there.

The room smells. Hard to navigate to this hotel. Room service did not deliver Items I requested even after asking several times and even though everytime they will say they will deliver. Concierge was very helpful, bed was comfortable and breakfast was pretty good.

Susah utk membawa kursi roda di hotel ini. Tidak direkomendasikan bagi orang-orang yang memiliki keterbatasan fisik utk mengunjungi hotel tersebut. Tangga semua isinya.

Buat custumer no1… Akan tetapi buat suplier2 mereka abaikan sampai lupa membayar hak nya suplier2 tsb… Tolong jangan dipersulit pembayaran mereka… Jangan sampai hal ini masuk MEDIASOSIAL BAYARLAH MEREKA TEPAT WAKTU… JANGAN SAMPAI BERANGGAPAN KALAU HOTEL INI TIDAK MAMPU MEMBAYAR SUPLIER.

Strategic place, nice receptionist and comfort hotel.

Place is near to JIExpo, price is reasonable. Breakfast is standard.

Good hotel in good location nearby PRJ convention center, shopping area Mangga Dua and Sunter and ANCOL beach and recreation parc. Have to use taxi or grab online.

Standard room was way too small. You hardly can move, dirty bathroom, dirty swimming pool. However it had good breakfast.

Food is not good… Room serviced is very slow when you want anything, you must call for many time to help you.

Feel comfort and hommy when got there.

Good services, best location, near to the heart of central Jakarta, and only 10 minutes driving to Ancol Beach.

Good location. Bar never open even when the front desk says it's open. Don't leave tip for housekeeping cause supervision comes in frost and takes all but coins. No reponce from email to management.

Worst hotel we've been to yet. This is the last leg of our family vacation to Indonesia and it is by far the worst. The room they put us in was not clean. They switched our rooms but they made us wait two extra hours and these plates that have been outside the room since before we were here are still sitting in the hall. The place smells terrible. I can't even name what kind of smell it is, it's just equivalent to garbage. And it's literally everywhere. … And due to all the stress I booked an appointment at the spa a day in advance to get a massage and relax, but when I got there I found out they took a walk-in during my scheduled appointment. I even had to wait half an hour to explain my situation to someone that understood. They were not remorseful of their actions and by no means sympathetic to my situation. I also found out that the pool I swam in last night is actually green which makes my skin crawl. The balcony in our room seems pretty unsafe as it has 3 air-conditioning exhausts on it. I would not want my 8 year-old cousin out there. We've been to 4 hotels here in Indonesia and this is by far the worst. Leagues below the others like the Harris or the Santika. Best Western isn't even close to a 5-star hotel in Canada but this experience has just been abysmal. I will not return and will conduct my business elsewhere. Everyone should do the same. This has been one the worst experiences I've had to go through.

This place is trash. The room they put us in when we got here was not clean by any standard and they had to clean the new room they put us in (after we went down to the front desk). Which resulted in a 2 hour wait just to check-in. The entire place smells like a god forsaken harbour especially the restaurant, which is appalling in a place where you're supposed to eat food. The pool is literally green and I swam in it last night, so I hope to god it magically turned like that …overnight. I've been to 4 hotels on this visit to Indonesia and this has fell well below the expectation I have and is well below the standard the others have set. I will not return, and will continue to give bad reviews because this place is deserving of 2 stars at the most. BW isn't stellar by any means in Canada. But this is a new level of trashy. — Will.

This is business hotel located near JIEXPO, so if any activities related to Exhibition this hotel very reccomended, this hotel have good sky dining with view sourounding H benyamin suaeb street and jiexpo. Good prices, good facilities, good food, good services. Please visit this hotel and share the experience.

The Hotel is well located. Reception area and restaurant are not having good ambience though the food is good. The rooms are approached through the restaurant. You need lift to reach the reception area. Location in the town is good. Surroundings are very pleasing. Rooms are comfortable.

Kamar yang bersih. Makanan enak. Pegawai yang ramah.

Room was very large and clean. Location is good given that the hotel is only 30 min from the airport without traffic. However, some taxi drivers whi are unfamiliar with the area may have difficulty finding the hotel since entering involves exiting the main road a ways before and then making a U-turn.

I ask To make up my Room since 8 am Till 3 PM nobody show up, I think They dont have enough house keeper crew. I keep on calling the receptionist till the receptionist told me to call myself to the house keeper… What kind of service?

The restaurant is bad in this hotel take care when you eat something.

Tempat yg nyaman untuk berakhir pekan dengan anak2 karena kolam renangnya luas dan pas untuk anak anak. Sarapan paginya juga ok.

Good service, sometimes extraordinary. Only, unfortunately, noisy surroundings and not well connected to center of town.
