Hotel is fine. Not very big, but not small. Rooms are nice and comfortable. It is directly connected with food court where you can choose where to have a dinner. Stuff is friendly and helpful. Breakfast was tasty with lot of choices.

View was excellent, services were fast and prompt. The pool was quite nice as well. The main 2 lackluster things were the gym, the treadmills are old and a bit dangerous. My other complaint would be the breakfast. It's not complementary, but. A ridiculous $30 per person.

Hotelnya enak banget, nyaman banget untuk bawa anak2. Kebetulan dapat kamar di lt 21, kalo malem pemandangannya jadi cantik tuh lampu2. Ac kamarnya dingin banget, cuma lampu kamar Mandi kurang terang. Until makanan saat breakfast banyak pilihan dg taste yg lumayan enak, apalagi dimsumnya hehehe minta diambil mulu. Utk resto terlalu sempit jadi kalo pagi riweh liatnya apalagi kalo lagi nginep di saat musim liburan. Enaknya di hotel ini lt 1 Dan 2 Ada food court, Apotik, indomart, gerai atm, jd mudahin Kita kalo butuh apa2.

Mmm bagus sih. Tapi msi bingung kenapa termasuk five stars hotel. Fasilitasnya lumayan lengkap emg. Tapi kualitas nya gak se "wah" bintang 5 pada umumnya. Gk ada guess greeter, mbak front desk nya jg gk ngasi salam dulu, lift nya biasa banget lebih bagus lift di mall, tempat breakfast nya sempit dan sebagian tamu smpe harus makan sambil berdiri krn gk dapet meja, kamar nya jg saya pernah nginap di hotel bintang 4 yg lebih bagus. Tapi pas saya pinjem alat makan atau tanya2 by phone petugasnya ramah sih. Jadi emg ada plus minus nya. Kalo di poles dikit pasti jdi lebih bagus deh hotelnya. Best Western always serve well. Havr a good food and good view. But the room not bad at all.

Best western premier the hive terletak di kawasan Cawang, gerbang masuk Jakarta dari arah timur dan selatan. Posisi hotel sangat strategis, dengan kemudahan akses tol lingkar dalam, tol priok, tol jagorawi serta ke pusat kota. Kelebihan lainnya karena terletak dalam akses ke Bandala Halim perdanakusumah. Hotel ini dikembangkan dengan konsep apartemen-hotel, sehingga selain menyediakan fasilitas standar hotel berbintang seperti ruang-ruang rapat, kamar, dan sebagainya juga terdapat supermarket, apotik, dan redtoran di lantai bawah. Parkir tersedia di halaman belakang dan di basement.

I enjoyed my stay here. The staffs were helpful to surprise my SO on his birthday. Check-in process was fast, you can use your debit card to pay deposit 300.000 rupiahs. The corner suite room is exactly the same as in the picture and very nice. I only had a little problem with the toiletv flush, but the rest was great. The food is also nice. Probably will stay here again.

TERRIBLE hotel, the toilet flush is broken, been asking for someone to come to fix it for FIVE TIMES no one came. NOT an environmental friendly hotel or even it is a crime against environment. Bad smell comes from the toilet and making your room smells horrible. Maybe bad sewage system. Not gonna come back. Better stay at the hotel next to this hotel (Pa*k or Harp*r). Bad bad bad.

(-) akhir des 2017 lalu nginep sini, kecewa karena check in lama, tiba 13:45 baru masuk 15:19. Padahal kami lelah perjalanan jauh dengan kereta api 6 jam lebih. Berulang kali CS ditanya, jawabannya sedang disiapkan housekeeping. Tidak ada kompensasi apapapun. (+) Lokasi strategis. Deket kemana mana. Di lantai ground ada KFC, foodcourt, apotek dan ATM Bank Mandiri.

Good Hotel. Tapi untuk kategori hotel bintang 5 masih ada beberapa kekurangan : Check in sangat lama, Staf kurang ramah, internet biasa saja (not high speed), channel TV di kamar sangat buruk, tidak sama dengan daftar channel. Untuk channel film (hbo, fox dsb) hampir semua nge blur dan banyak semut. Sarapan cukup.

Nice but can be a bit frustrating at times. Check in took at least 15 minutes and the bathroom fan was noisy. The rooms are in need of some maintenance. The breakfast had a very nice variety and machine coffee. Not sure if it qualifies as a 5 star hotel though.

Big and comfortable bed. Spacious room. Flat TV with various channels. Clean bathrooms with toiletries. Soft towel. Shower is the best part. Breakfast : Western, Eastern, Jelly, Yoghurt, Pastry, etc.

It is good place for having meetings and resting for a group of families or friends from company. They have swimming pool, gym, spa service and restaurant with buffet package. But sometimes the services have trouble from human error.

We love to spend our weekend here. Not every weekend, but this hotel stays to our first pick whenever we intend to gather at hotel with families during the weekend. The breakfast buffet is terrific, also the pool is comfy for children. Staffs in average are friendly. Alhamdulillaah, we always having good time during our stay. The breakfast buffet never disappoint us, the variety and taste of menus are highly satisfy. The pool devided into two, for adult and children. For me, they had designed perfectly so parents still feel safe even if have to leave the children swim by themselves.

We love to spend our weekend here. The breakfast buffet is terrific, also the pool is comfy for children. Staffs in average are friendly. Alhamdulillaah, we always having good time during our stay.

Great Bussiness Hotel to stay and make meeting among one of most crowded place in Jakarta, with great access to Toll Road. This place also connect with The Hive which provide you various kind of food.

The only one reason bring me here is business. And will pick the another better one for next need. Everything's almost doing bad, except its pretty nice bed.

Nice hotel. I stayed there for 2 night. Nice room. But the pillow is really thin. Even I already use 2 pillows but I dont feel good. The breakfast good.

Appalling service, rooms at dated and dirty. Restaurant had no food available and room service took 2.5 hours to serve and food was then inedible. Was meant to stay 6 nights now will move hotel.

The room is ok but quite noisy, the neighborhood seems unsafe. Not much food options around. The receptionist is pretty though.

New hotel… Cozy… mini bar is free :)

Excelent service. We were stay for 2 nights. On the last day we would leave the hotel very early morning at 5 am and they woke us up and provided early breakfast at 4.30 am while the regular breakfast is start at 6 am.
