Room smelled musty at first, but thankfully the staff were kind and let me switch rooms. New room had itchy sheets/blanket—I had to wear long pants to sleep. Bed was just two twin beds pushed together, and the in-room safe was broken. Staff were helpful, but overall, the cleanliness and facilities need serious improvement.
The staffs are nice and friendly, the bed area is pretty nice and clean but the toilets seem outdated, the shower is needed to be cleaned or replaced cus the water flow is kinda small, and the water heater is working but it takes longer times to get hot but eventually it works well.

— The room was not suitable for Muslim if you want to pray because you will pray in front of the toilet door.
— I've choose the non smoking room, but when I was in the lobby at the 3rd floor. It was smelly with smoking. Come on, not everyone was a smoker.
