Fasilitas hotel yg bagus (swimming pool, restaurant, meeting room, etc) … great place for spending time for business coz its so strategic place (near from central park, highway) … and beside the superindo market…

Best hotel to stay, for business trip, or just a short vacation with your partner and family. It has strategic location and have good foods at their restaurant. If you want to eat outside, you can order via go food or just drive for about 5-10 minutes and find restaurants nearby. There is a swimming pool, too, at this hotel.

Great service top to toe. Bfast mostcold stuff though maybe its how people mostly love it so still I enjoy it.

I stay at room number 317, smoking room. There is no exhaust inside the room, only in the bathroom which is not working as well. The bathroom is very dirty, a lot of stain on the wall and the floor. The carpet is full with hole because of the cigarette burns. The wallpaper is staining. And since there is no exhaust and window, the tobacco smell is very strong and very uncomfortable to smoking inside the room. The bedsheet colour is grayish instead of white. For 4 star hotel and the price, really unworthy.

I come to this hotel at new year eve, they got new year party, clean and cozy room, and middle taste for the breakfast,

Strategic + great place for seminars. Great food, friendly staff, warm ambience. Couldn't ask for more.

Pleasant stay here. A little problem during check in, very inconvenient. Room is fine. Breakfast is plenty.

Great place to stay with unexpectedly cheap price. The breakfast is standard though. The location is pretty good since it's within the walking range on other good spots. But mainly, the room was great and the price is low. Definitely will come back.

I got a chance to enjoy the superior room, its quite good but a bit small. For the location, it is strategic, located beside Superindo and near Ciputra Mall and Central Park Mall.

Cozy hotel with grand facilities. Kindly concierge also best in food services. 24 hour can order something that we need with room service. No worries if you don't bring something, many supermarket around the hotel.

My parents fav hotel in Jakarta. Nearby Central Park Mall and Taman Anggrek Mall. Just few hundreds meters from Citraland Mall.

The hotel could be better. The furniture feels old. And in the room I found cockroach. The buffet is quite nice. But a good price point. The negatives could be eliminated easily.

Hotel staff can understand and speak basic English. Staff are accommodating and hospitable. I highly recommend this hotel most especially to the foreigners.

I really like the room, the facilities, the breakfast, n the service. But it still needs to improve the key lock, sometimes the card can't open the room. And I have a really late check at 4 o'clock because the rooms weren't ready.

Better classified as 3 stars hotel instead of 4 stars. Don't expect a good breakfast.

The clean Hotel and good service… all abaut nice recepcionis, delicius food for breakfast, clean room, make anjoyable time, nice security, in central city at west jakarta near to transportation and mall, all service make happy day for everythings.

Everytime I ask my kids. Where you guys want to stay for this weekend? Grand tjokroooool… why? Everywhere have a Wi-Fiiiii.

It was a great room!. I booked 7 rooms, 4 rooms for 2 nights and 3 for 3 nights. They welcomed us with open arms and gave us infused water for free and their service was fantastic and their breakfast was scrumtious. Their room was well maintained and clean. The pool was fun. But the down is that Our bathrooms were Choked but overall it is a Fantastic Hotel P. S. Highly recommended.

I was here for IELTS Clinic Coach. Not really sure about the hotel room, but the seminar rooms are good and clean. There's supermarket right beside it. My problems are, the public toilet's doors hv gap. Also, it's quite deserted area, kinda hard to find decent place to eat nearby.

Good hotel room. But, lobby was the worst i've ever seen. Only have 2 wooden bench even though its 4 star hotel.

The hotel restaurant's brunch package felt more like a scam rather than an honest deal. Management should've offered guests with a properly cooked a la carte meal, instead of forcing out a leftover buffet on guests, and called it a 'brunch'

Well it's comfortable. But it makes my heart break everytime I remember this place :D.

It is a "short time" hotel. There was a bunch of street prostitutes around this hotel.
