Don't even try this one, you're welcome.
Location : Near To CW (Ciputra World Mall) the place is around local residential areas. There were quite few of stalls and near to Indomaret (the convenient store)
Room : It was good, clean and tidy as well as the toilet but there were two facilities that might need to be fixed.

Stayed for 2 nights in their family room and honestly, I have a love-hate relationship with this hotel. There are definitely things I appreciated, but also several aspects that need improvement.
What I loved:
1. Great location — close to Gubeng Train Station and right in the city center.
2. Plenty of nearby food options, mostly street food vendors which makes it easy to find affordable local meals, especially for breakfast.
3. Walking distance to Indomaret and easy to book a Grab anytime.
4. Check-in and check-out process was smooth.
5. Price is very affordable for the location and size of the room.
6. Air conditioning worked well and kept the room cool.
7. Hot water in the shower worked perfectly, which I appreciated.
What I didn’t like:
1. They didn’t provide blankets—just a thin extra sheet on top of the bed, which was definitely not enough. No blanket at all felt a bit odd and uncomfortable.
2. The staff wasn’t very friendly, which impacted the overall experience.
3. There’s no mini fridge or electric kettle in the room, and no shared hot water dispenser in the hallway either.
4. Even though we stayed for two nights, they only gave mineral water on the first day.
5. Soundproofing was very poor—we could clearly hear footsteps and people talking outside the room.
6. No elevator, and no staff offered to help with luggage despite us carrying a suitcase and needing to climb stairs to our room.
