The hotel offers a wide range of amenities: a small swimming pool, a jacuzzi, a sauna, a gym, and karaoke. On the 6th floor, there is a children's playground and a cafe with a beautiful view of the surroundings. Some Presidential Suite rooms feature private jacuzzis on the balcony, although they may take a long time to heat up. Guests consider these facilities an excellent way to relax after a trip to Bromo.

Opinions on the rooms are divided: many guests find them clean, spacious, and cozy with comfortable beds. However, there are serious complaints regarding cleanliness in some rooms, including stains on the bed linen, dirty sinks, and worn-out parquet. The rooms have hot water, but some guests complained that it runs out quickly or is frequently cut off. A hairdryer is provided upon request, and there are no air conditioners as it is already cool in the mountains.

The soundproofing in the hotel is considered insufficient: guests complain about noise from passing cars, as well as conversations from neighbors and the sound of doors opening. The view from the window depends heavily on the room: front rooms offer a beautiful view of the hills and pines, while the windows of some rooms face a blank wall.
