Check‑in and check‑out were quick and efficient. Unfortunately, early check‑in was not available, which was inconvenient as I landed in Surabaya at 6 AM.
The staff were friendly and helpful. The room was clean, adequately spacious, and well‑equipped for a hotel of this class.
Breakfast options were limited but acceptable, though the taste could be improved. Overall, I would recommend this property as a bed & breakfast hotel suitable for a quick business trip.
A modest room. Small and practically no window, but nice shower, nice bed and really good for the price. The staff are super sweet and the location is great. Daily breakfast and a lot of good places to eat in the neighborhood. Highly recommended. Not for the luxury hotel traveler, but for people who like to spend their time in the city and are looking for a good place to call home for a short while.

Had a one night transit here. Location seems to be among residential areas. Still accessible by cars or bike.
The stay was affordable and comfortable. Bed was absolutely comfortable to sleep on. The pillows however, was too stiff and not comfortable.
The room was cold. Aircon works perfectly. Wifi was not given during my stay. No details was given, so may not be suitable for work.
There's cafe and small stores around the area. So, getting food should not be a problem.
