Especially to the Ms. Lintang managing the restaurant that evening. Very professional, kind, and beautiful. She helped us a lot with my wife's food allergies. She was truly perfect. If you need to reach the airport in 10 minutes, then this hotel is for you. Rooms are clean, and employees are friendly. They even take and keep your food order for you. Many local restaurants if you want a taste buds adventure. Breakfast is great.

The service is really good to me. They also provide morning call and free transportation to the Surabaya Juanda Airport which started at 6am.
The pool is also good to me.
However, the bar is only for a basic tools like dumbbells, there’s no chest press or shoulder press, or even a push up — but, no problem to me.
For muslim, they also provide a kiblat arrow at the room — it helps a lot. You can also request prayer kit (sajada, saroong, and quran) to the receptionist for free.

Swiss-Belinn airport Surabaya might be the best option if you're flying to or from Juanda Airport. The location is not that far from the airport, and they provide free airport transfer.
The facilities are great and worth the price. The staff are helpful. The cleanliness is superb.
There's nothing special about the breakfast, just like other hotels. But one thing that I noticed is the staff always made sure the buffet and table are clean.

Went to cafe but machine coffee is not ready, disappointing. Room was nice, but you can hear sound from next room, even only TV sound, unacceptable. I ordered a pizza and taste like kerupuk with tomato sauce.

Never disappointed to stay the night in this hotel before go back to KL. Located near to the Juanda Airport and convenienced to shuttle. Booked from their site and joined for SBEC member that has many advantages and globally recognized for their network. Good room and best services from their staffs. I got their best view room due to beautiful sunset that never forget. For their awesome breakfast that you'll never missed it. Will be stay here in the next time.

Compared to other hotels within Indonesia, this should be classed a 4 star. Very clean rooms, very clean and maintained bathroom (this beats quite a few 4 star hotels I visited within Indonesia), modern amenities, beautiful lobby, spacious rooms, and a good sized pool with amazing staff. It was quiet too. No live singing which seems to be a thing. They provided a free transfer service to the airport that was prompt at 5am. I recommend this hotel for any airport stays. The spa provides a good massage although there is very limited communication, and they don’t let you choose the treatment, plus cleanliness of the massage table is suspect. As long as you are ok with this, do get a massage.

Food is amazing. Staff are amazing. Comfortable rooms. Compliments to Chefs.

Whenever we travel by plane from Surabaya, we stay at the Swiss Belinn Airport hotel Surabaya. The staff is very friendly, the rooms are very nice and clean, and the airport is just a stone throw away (very close), although you don't hear the planes.
Today it was actually my birthday, and my wife and the staff surprised me with a song and a very nice cake 🎂 🥮. Thank you for making my stay even more nice and memorable 😀

Excellent service and rooms. The bed was very comfortable and I slept really soundly. Woke up abit late but made it for a delicious buffet breakfast. The lady making the omelette was good. After I checked out, there was a shuttle service to the airport that took 10 minutes.

The nicest hotel close to the airport. There is an outdoor swimming pool and you can see the planes from the pool as well. They also provide transport for airport drop-off. If I'm not mistaken, it's every hour but you have to book first to get a seat.
Room price is worth it with the modern and spacious room style. Staff are friendly and very helpful during my stay. Thank you swissbelinn!

The hotel is close to the airport. The room is OK, spacious with good hot water. One big note for westerner is Do NOT order Rib eye steak at their restaurant. It was a disgusting joke.
The staffs are nice. I forgot my laptop case at the lobby and they kept it for me.

The service waa excellent, we could even store some of the packages food that we bought outside in the kitchen refrigerator to be brought the next day to Jakarta.
Many varieties of food available during the breakfast and thanks to hospitality of putri and agustin, we were able to enjoy it fully.
One minus star due to the room air conditioning that slowly reached its minimum temperature, which makes us a little bit uneasy before we slept.
But overall, will come again next time!

I’ve stayed at this hotel multiple times and it never disappoints. Every time I’m in Surabaya for business meetings, I always choose this hotel because of its consistently excellent service. The staff are always friendly and helpful, making my stay comfortable and pleasant. The rooms are clean and well-maintained, and the food quality remains good. Its close proximity to the airport is a huge plus, especially for business travelers. Overall, it’s great value for money, and I highly recommend it for business stays!

Stayed here for 1 night. The room is very hot in the afternoon and early evening due to the direct exposure to sunlight. Even if you turn the AC at the maximum, the room is still hot.
Just here for transit, cannot be more than 1 night. The breakfast is good with many choices. They even provide a free shuttle to airport. Only 10 minutes and then you arrive.

Incredible hotel.
The staff is really amazing, they are very kind and attentive at all times.
