Rooms — Good.
New, clean and renovated. Could use a bigger TV because the TV looks small in a big room. The room is big, but there's a lot of empty spaces.
Service — Good.
Friendly service. Breakfast food could be better and the coffee tasted bad.
Parking — Good.
Location — Great.
There's a lot of food in front of the hotel and the view from the room is great.
Gym & Swimming Pool — Good.
They have a sauna and a bench press machine in the Gym. The swimming pool is very friendly for kids but it is far from the hotel.
Overall, it's a good hotel, would definitely recommend.
Eighteen years ago, I stayed at Surya Hotel Prigen for work, and it holds a nostalgic moment for me. Now, it's wonderful to see the improvements made since then.
This charming 4-star hotel offers quite a few facilities, with spacious and clean rooms that provide beautiful views of Mount Arjuna-Welirang. The presence of numerous food stalls in front of the hotel adds to the fun and enjoyment of the stay.
However, the staff could be more responsive and informative, and the food taste is average. Overall, it's a nostalgic and improved experience.

I love it! Stayed here to celebrate my daughters bday " staycation time"… n they gave me a little cake n free of charge😁😁, the room is newly renovated, can fit for 4 adult I guess 😁😁the food is yumm, the swimming pool is clean n have two size for kids n adult n also u can feed the rabbits etc. Oh in d nite time u can walk n looking for satay, ronde… will be back for sure.
