The Omala Resort Tretes

Luckily I stay at this hotel only for a night. To be honest I wont want to be back until they improve their hotel cleanliness and send their housekeeping team for another course.
When I check into the room, my room wasnt clean. There is visible dirt & soil on the sofa and the bed. It looks like they jus rearranged the room back without even changing the bedsheet. On our bedsheet there is dirt everywhere and also visible mould stain on the pillow case. Bedside table is also not wipe. There is used toothpick in the center living room floor its very visible not sure why they didnt clean it up.
The chair in the room as you can see one of the leg is broken and wobbly. Its very dangerous if elderly sit and fell from it. Cant imagine what are the consequences.
The toilet also not clean. There is hair on the basin and on the floor. Dead insect below the hairdryer. And when we open all the towel, all the towel have visible stain, 1 of the face towel even have the animals poop stuck in it. Tried to ask for few new towels and apparently all have the stain.
The hotel soundproof is very bad. Even when we are in the room, we can hear clearly the content of people talkin on the hallway. As early as 6am people already talkin loudly and kids running along the hallway and we cant have a good rest.
On the day we check out, the hallway towards the stairs is super dirty. Hairs and soil everywhere.
Not worth the price for this kind of standard of cleanliness.

Literally we were paying only for the extra large room and vast semi natural views.
I totally agree with previous reviewers.
This Hotel simply lacked of hospitality… So don't expect a warm welcome… I don't think they are fully operational as many of their facility still under construction and seem to be understaffed.
Definitely not a place to go if you want to spend time and relaxing at the hotel, or let your children enjoy the hotel activities. Totally not worth it. I would stick to the more seasoned hotel with the same level and price point.
Our experience:
— Lack of welcoming and hospitality.
— They didn't do their cleaning well since some of the previous guest stuffs still left behind in our room.
— very "gloomy and cold" vibes.
— their hall is simply EMPTY.
— very disappointed with Fake waterfall that needed to be turned on first by request.
Just speechless by their half-hearted effort. Too bad I really thought this place could be a great option to stay in Tretes area.
