Opinions regarding the staff are divided. Some guests describe the employees as unfriendly, rude, and incompetent, particularly when resolving booking issues or room changes. At the same time, others note that the staff (specifically the woman at the reception) were very welcoming. The registration desk operates even late at night, with staff waiting for guests who have provided notice of a late arrival.

Some guests have encountered unprofessionalism regarding payments. There have been instances where, after paying via Agoda or bank transfer, guests were asked for an additional payment upon arrival (ranging from 30 to several tens of thousands of rupiah), with the justification that the app price did not meet the hotel's internal standard.

There are serious issues with room amenities. Many guests complain about the complete absence of soap and dental kits in the bathrooms. Drinking water is not provided in the rooms, and the number of towels is often insufficient (for example, one towel for two people), while their cleanliness has also been criticized.

Reviews regarding the Wi-Fi are contradictory. One guest noted that the internet is fast, while another describes the connection as very slow.

The soundproofing in the hotel is very poor. The room walls are made of plywood or thin hardboard, as a result of which guests can clearly hear conversations and any noises from neighboring rooms.

Most guests claim that the reality differs significantly from the photos in the apps. The furniture and decor are worn, some rooms have plywood walls, and curtains have been replaced with simple fabrics. Beds are rated differently: some consider the mattresses new and comfortable, while others complain of dirty sheets, stains, and even bedbug bites.

Cleanliness is the main problem at the hotel. Guests report dirty floors, dust, stains on bed linen, and mold on the ceilings. Reviews mention insects in the beds, an unpleasant musty smell, and even cigarette butts found in the rooms. Housekeeping is often poor, and towels and blankets may be used.

Air conditioners in most rooms work well and keep the space cool. However, in rooms without windows, there is a complete lack of natural air circulation, and the bathrooms lack exhaust fans, leading to high humidity and unpleasant odors.

The condition of the bathrooms is rated as extremely unsatisfactory. Guests complain of a strong smell of urine, dirty tiles, and rust. Water outages or a complete lack of water occur frequently, showers are broken, pipes under the sinks leak, and hot water is unstable.

The hotel is equipped with an elevator for moving between floors. However, guests note that it can malfunction, making access to rooms on upper floors (such as the 3rd or 4th) difficult.
