The location is strategic if you want to go to Pasar Atom or North Surabaya. The receptionist is friendly, and so is the security officer. The room is not so big. I stayed in room 501, one of the lamps was off. There was a leakage in the bathroom. The volume of television was very low.
Once there was another visitor accidentally could open my room door with her key, so it becomes big question for me about the safety.
I ordered twin bed via Agoda but I was given single bed, but it wasn't a big deal.
The price is quite cheap. There are two mineral bottles in each room, and also a dispenser in each level.
There is also a minimarket and some cafes nearby.
