Stayed 2 nights here. The design is nice, and the terrace has a great view of the rice fields and mountains. They also provided complimentary snacks and an electric mosquito repellent, which was helpful since there were quite a lot of insects, especially at night. Wifi was stable.
The bathroom was small and had a bad smell from the drain. Staff service was good, they allow us to get water refill at the water dispenser but breakfast was disappointing. On the first day, there was no coffee or tea, just cold fried rice with egg. On the second day, tea was available, but the food was exactly the same. No breakfast options were offered.
Breakfast was scheduled from 6 to 7 AM. On the first day, we kindly requested to have it served at 9 AM as we wanted to rest after a long road trip, but it was delivered earlier than expected. We hope the hotel is working on improving internal communication to ensure no information is missed during shift changes.
For the price, it would’ve been better if they provided hot water for showers. Many hotels in the same price range — even for standard rooms — offer hot water.
