RedDoorz at Hotel Nuansa Ngawi

The hotel features its own quite spacious parking lot capable of accommodating a large number of vehicles. The parking area is open-air and not equipped with canopies, so cars left in the sun can get quite hot. Access to the grounds is convenient, and there is ample space for all guests. There are no dedicated electric vehicle charging stations on-site.

Guest reviews regarding service vary significantly. Many guests note the friendliness, politeness, and efficiency of the staff in handling requests. At the same time, there are complaints about indifferent attitudes, staff distraction with personal phones, and reluctance to fix maintenance issues. There have been reported issues with app bookings and extra charges for early check-in. Accommodation payments are accepted exclusively in cash or via bank transfer.

Upon check-in, guests are typically provided with two bottles of drinking water. The set of toiletries varies: some rooms are supplied with soap, toothbrushes, and toothpaste, while others lack them entirely. Guests frequently mention a shortage of towels, as often only one towel is provided for two occupants. The quality of linens also receives comments due to a worn and faded appearance. In most cases, guests should bring their own shampoo and additional personal toiletries.

Wireless internet is available in the building; however, signal quality inside some rooms remains weak. On the second floor and in distant rooms, Wi-Fi operates unstably and may be insufficient for streaming video. TVs are installed in many rooms, but guests regularly encounter unconfigured channels or missing remote controls. Occasionally, TV channels require an extra fee, or the equipment is entirely out of order.

The rooms are adequately spacious, tidy, and free of tobacco odors. However, guests often report issues with adjusting the air conditioners, which provide weak cooling in some rooms. In the bathrooms, there are occasional broken door handles, low shower water pressure, and malfunctioning toilet flush tanks, requiring the use of buckets and dippers. Room lighting can be rather dim, and the absence of blackout curtains allows people outside to see inside when lights are on. Additionally, guests point out a lack of bathroom trash bins and a shortage of power outlets.

This accommodation does not provide breakfast for its guests and does not have an on-site restaurant. Meals are not included in the room rate regardless of the selected room category. Thanks to the central location, guests can easily find suitable cafes, street food vendors, and grocery stores within walking distance. Room service for ordering food is not available from the hotel.

The property is well suited for short-term stays, overnight transit stops, and budget travel. The spacious grounds and new building create a quiet environment without excessive noise. The accommodation format is closer to a modest guesthouse or dormitory, so it is not intended for a full resort vacation or a long staycation. The level of service and provided amenities fully correspond to its budget-friendly price point.
