I am really sorry to write this review considering the very poor situation of these people and their kindness, but I have to be fair.
Our Bromo tour agency booked for us this hotel without giving us the name and we trust them.
The strategic position for the Bromo trekking is the only one positive point. Concerning the hotel a total disaster.
Reception service with two very young guys who did not even know one english word.
Room very dirty with bed sheet full of liquid drops and bad smell. We asked to change it and the new ones were in the same conditions, so we gave up. Not possible to describe how bad was the bathroom. Shower working only with cold water and toilet extremely dirty without the toilet paper. Sink without running water. We asked the reason why and the answer was that the tank was empty, but no clear explanations.
Final recap: do not book this hotel!
