Hotel Setia Budi Syariah RedPartner

Yes, the hotel provides a fairly large parking area. Some guests who booked family rooms noted the convenience of being able to park their car directly in front of their room.

The staff is described as very friendly, responsive, and professional, including the front desk and bistro teams. In the event of any issues, management responds promptly: for example, when a guest was hot in their room due to a malfunctioning air conditioner, they were quickly moved to another room. Guests also highlight the honesty of the staff, as forgotten items are returned to their owners without any expectation of tips.

The hotel offers a buffet breakfast with a varied menu that includes both Western dishes and local specialties, such as pecel and the kunyit asam beverage. Most guests rate the food as delicious and high quality, although one visitor found the fried rice disappointing. Please note that arriving late for breakfast may result in a more limited selection of dishes. In some cases, breakfast is included for only two people, with an additional charge required for remaining guests.

Guests report fast and reliable Wi-Fi that is sufficient for comfortable use. The rooms are equipped with Android TVs with access to YouTube and Netflix. In some rooms, a kettle, coffee, and tea are provided; however, the batteries in the TV and AC remote controls may run low and require replacement.

The rooms are generally described as spacious, clean, and comfortable, with soft, pleasant mattresses. However, the hotel building is considered "old," so the interior may appear somewhat dated. In some instances, guests complained about dust and debris under the bed, as well as poor hair cleaning during extended stays. The lighting in some rooms may also be insufficient for reading due to the use of spotlights.

Opinions on the air conditioners are mixed: many guests are pleased that the rooms get very cold. However, there are complaints about older AC units that work poorly or require pressing the power button directly on the unit. In one case, a guest encountered a room where the air conditioner barely cooled the air, necessitating a room change.

Most reviews describe the bathrooms as clean and spacious, with hot water working properly. However, there are serious complaints regarding unpleasant odors, mold, and limescale on showerheads, which can lead to weak water pressure ("like tears"). One guest reported extremely dirty water resembling wastewater, which made showering impossible.

Rooms are provided with a standard set: two toothbrushes, two towels, two pairs of slippers, two bottles of mineral water, as well as coffee sachets, tea, and sugar.

The hotel has an elevator, making access to upper floors convenient, especially when carrying luggage.

The hotel features a swimming pool that guests describe as clean and suitable for exercise. A slide is provided for children. However, at various times the pool was closed for maintenance, which disappointed some guests. An issue with open rinse showers was also noted, causing discomfort due to a lack of privacy.

The hotel is well-suited for family vacations thanks to the swimming pool with a slide and a children's playground near the restaurant. Family rooms (Studio Family) with multiple beds are also available, making stays with children comfortable.
