Guest opinions are divided. Many praise the owner and the team for their responsiveness, friendliness, excellent communication, and assistance in organizing transport and tickets for Ijen. Some guests describe the staff as very caring. On the other hand, there are complaints regarding the lack of a full-fledged reception desk and staff professionalism: one guest encountered a situation where staff were unavailable, and a security guard behaved inappropriately by using his phone during a conversation.

Guests rate the breakfast as tasty, but with a limited selection of dishes: usually, sandwiches or fried noodles are offered. The breakfast time can be coordinated with the staff according to your schedule. One guest noted that the sandwiches can be too spicy or contain a lot of mayonnaise, so it is recommended to inform the staff of your preferences. There is also an opinion that breakfasts are ordered from a nearby local cafe rather than prepared in their own restaurant.

Rooms are provided with a sufficient amount of bottled water, as well as tea and coffee.

The rooms are described as clean, bright, modern, and beautiful, with some featuring small terraces overlooking the rice fields. However, some guests complain that the rooms are too narrow and there is insufficient space for belongings. Some rooms have hot showers. According to one visitor, the furniture and decor are consistent with a 4-star hotel level, while another guest noted the absence of essential basic toiletries, aside from a single bar of soap.

Guests are delighted by the panoramic view of the green rice fields, which creates a sense of tranquility and coziness.

Most guests find the rooms clean and comfortable. However, due to the property's location next to rice fields, insects often enter the rooms. There were also mentions of instances where animals easily entered the premises due to poorly fitting doors.

The cooling system is a point of contention: some guests are satisfied, while others note that the air conditioners are positioned low and do not cool the room effectively, especially in hot weather. The use of air coolers was also mentioned, which sometimes proved insufficient.

According to various guests, towels and soap are provided in the rooms. However, one visitor expressed strong dissatisfaction that the room lacked a toothbrush, toothpaste, shampoo, shower gel, and a shower cap.

There is a pool on the premises with a beautiful view, which many guests describe as an excellent place for relaxation. A cozy area for reading books and drinking coffee is organized next to the pool. At the same time, one guest left a negative review regarding the cleanliness of the water, claiming it was not properly treated, which led them to refuse to swim.

Overall, the atmosphere is very quiet, peaceful, and homey, making it suitable for a staycation or a honeymoon. However, some guests encountered technical issues, such as periodic power outages during the night, as well as the staff turning off air conditioners and water before the official check-out time.
