Me and my son arrive there with only 1 gate keeper waiting to us to check in (NO RECEPTIONIST in the property, fyi only 1 type of room which consist 1 queen bed, NO TWIN BED ROOM in the property), not long after we settled in we want to order food, but we couldn't find any number to contact, we have been looking around for the ladies but when I asked the neighborhood they said she must be going back to her home, fyi NO PHONES/INTERCOM in the room that is why we looking for her.
When I came, I have clean room, very very small its just left me very little space to put other things and the only toiletries you'll got is 1 PCS OF HANDSOAP which I believe cost not more than 1000 rupiah/pcs. Don't expect you'll have shampoo, shower gel, toothpaste+toothbrush, shower cap and other basics. None of them is there. When I asked the ladies when we arrive is this the only toiletries we'll get she said yes. Don't expect you'll get professional staff to handle your needs here, they seems like just come and go staff who does the cleaning. Luckily in walking distance there's a warung sell rice, we buy from there.
Next day when I came down to asked for our breakfast (this time seems like he is the night watch) and asked how can I get breakfast, he then asked me, have we inform the staff when we would like to have breakfast, I said, how can I tell anyone if there's no one to talk to here, he talking to me while he's typing on his mobile phone, which I think is not a proper manner (but I'm like I don't care as long as we have the breakfast).
The breakfast came in 2 Styrofoam box, they order from nearest warung, I think it's the same warung that we went on the day we arrive as that's the closest, the watchman said he bought it from the restaurant which I don't believe at all as the closest restaurant from the property is 30 minutes away (I am a local people so I know this exactly).
The swimming pools is NOT HAVING CLEAR WATER, they didn't treat it well, so we don't even try to swim in it as we doubted the cleanliness of it.
Overall, I'm not suggesting this property for anyone, unless they want to experience all things we have been experienced. Bottomline if there's half star out of 5, it will be half instead of 1.
