Quite possibly the worst hotel I have ever stayed in. I booked a room that clearly states it has AC on Agoda, and when I arrived, they said I need to pay extra for AC. They showed me to a sad, dank, dark and depressing room that reeked of cigarettes and mold. I showed them my booking on Agoda but they still insisted that I pay 50k more for the AC room. The property falsely advertises on agoda and then cheats you to pay more. BEWARE OF THIS SCAM AND THESE DISHONEST PEOPLE.
After sitting in the AC room for about 30 minutes, my throat is scratchy and I feel sick. They have clearly not cleaned the filter in the AC in a long time. The hotel feels extremely dirty.
