The hotel has a large car park, however some guests have experienced problems with limited spaces under cover. During periods of high occupancy or during events, parking spaces may be full, which means that vehicles must be parked outdoors, where they may be affected by dust from neighboring rice fields. Also, it was mentioned that at peak times, there are not always enough security personnel to manage traffic in the car park.

Reviews of the staff are mixed. Many guests praise the staff for their friendliness, professionalism, speed and help with organizing events, such as providing a free birthday cake. On the other hand, there are complaints about some restaurant staff being rude, indifference when complaining about discrepancies in room bookings and lack of apologies for technical errors. There were also mentions of inappropriate behavior by security personnel at the pool and difficulties communicating with management when trying to reschedule a booking.

Breakfast at the hotel is rated positively and is characterized as delicious and varied. The menu includes both local and international dishes, including cereals, pastries, soups (soto), sausages and even sushi. Guests mention good service and quick replenishment of food on the buffet.

The hotel has a restaurant and lounge area where various dishes are served, including traditional cuisine and such items as chicken canton style and sapo-tahu. Opinions on the comfort of the sleeping areas are divided. Some guests find the mattresses very soft and comfortable, while others complain that some beds (including connecting rooms) are not strong enough and uncomfortable. Most rooms have balconies with views of the picturesque green rice fields and mountains, creating a peaceful atmosphere. A particular feature is the view of the railway line, which children and train enthusiasts really appreciate, as they can watch trains right from their balcony.

Many guests praise the hotel for its overall cleanliness, modern interior and pleasant aroma in the corridors. However, there were serious complaints about insects: in rooms, they found cockroaches, fleas and poisonous tomatoes, as well as an infestation of stink bugs when windows were open. There were also cases of inadequate cleaning in the second-floor corridors (dust and small insects) and dirt in some bathrooms.

In most reviews, the air conditioners work well and provide cooling. However, there were isolated complaints about insufficient air cooling, which was promptly fixed by the technical maintenance service in one case. There was also a mention of an unpleasant smell from the drain holes in the bathrooms.

The rooms are equipped with modern equipment: Smart TV with access to YouTube and children's channels, mini-refrigerator, safe, hairdryer and air conditioning. The bathrooms use high-quality Grohe plumbing fixtures. Guests mention that there is a full set of hygiene products.

The hotel has several pool areas: children's, adult's and a heated pool, as well as a jacuzzi. The pools are clean, have a nice view and are often compared to Bali. A particular feature is the covering of the pool (not ceramic, but a special material), which makes it safer for children. Some guests noted that the jacuzzi may not be available due to cleaning during the day.

The hotel has a full-fledged fitness center with a beautiful view of the rice fields, as well as a sauna and spa. However, guests have encountered problems: the fitness center and women's sauna are periodically closed for maintenance. There were also difficulties accessing the sauna, when staff had to call several times to prepare it.

The hotel is well-suited for family holidays thanks to spacious rooms, a children's pool and Smart TV with children's content. Children are delighted by watching passing trains. However, some guests noted that the playground (playground) is in poor condition and many attractions are broken.

The hotel offers a romantic dinner with a beautiful view and high-quality service. As a complimentary gift, guests receive a cake of decent size and taste on their birthday. Also, some guests are offered a welcome drink upon arrival.
