Quest Hotel is clean, comfortable hotel, good and friendly service, easy to reach location. Don't forget the affordable prices for all the facilities you get, especially during a pandemic like this.

Stayed here Jan 12 to 15 2020. Good n friendly services. Nice room. Good location. Fair room rate. Couple inputs to the hotel mgt. : need to repair the 2 treadmills pad. No gym towel provided and when I asked one the lady said run out of towel and promised to provide one 2 me when avail but she never did till I finished my treadmill 45 min. Later. For me, a good hotel especially under Aston Mgt must not run out of essential guest needs. Overall im satisfy with Quest Surabaya.

Friendly environment, easy access to everywhere.

Nice play to stay if you are looking for something more than just a budget hotel. Food quite reasonably, easy to find transportation. I'm staying in executive room Room spacious, with a purple interior, a bit weird for the first time Bathroom spacious, with a bathtub.

Is my Honeymoon.! Unfortunatly I got twinbed, I thought I get doublebed. But is OK. Swimmingpool and gym so cozy place. Thanks Quest. Is worth it.

Pelayananya bagus. Ruangan jg relatif bagus. Sangat recomend untuk yg mencari hotel tengah kota. Tapi jika untuk yg membawa kendaraan R4 tolong pertimbangkan lahan parkir. Krn jk ad event2 trtentu parkiranya full. Krn space parkir trbatas.

Lokasi strategis. Di tengah kota surabaya walaupun tidak di jalan besar utama. Parkiran sempit. Kebersihan cukup baik. Di kamar cuma disediakan sedikit shampoo 2in1 hasilnya baru dibuat mandi sekali udah kehabisan. Pelayanan cukup baik dan ramah. Yang perlu diperhatikan adalah breakfast. Dari segi rasa kurang enak. Kebersihan area breakfast kurang. Kecil pula resto nya. Jadi sering antre. Resepsionis sudah menginfokan dari awal lewat kertas jam berapa resto biasanya kosong. Agar antrean tidak terlalu banyak. Makanan sering kehabisan. Harus nunggu agak lama untuk diisi ulang. Itupun isi ulangnya sedikit-sedikit. Untuk kamar cukup nyaman tapi cenderung gelap. Perlu ditambah sedikit pencahayaan lagi. Ada hairdryer dan minibar di kamar. Hotel ini punya kolam renang. Saya akan balik lagi di masa mendatang untuk menginap disini serta merekomendasikannya.

Large and comfortable room, not noisy despite the location of the hotel near the highway. Large beds on special request. AC rooms are good. The bathroom is nice. All clean the pool is quite spacious, clean and not slippery, nice view, and feels cool. Unfortunately the gym is cramped and the equipment is less diverse overall good. Recomended! thank you.

Very comfortable room, close to city centre and hangout places, and when they run out of room that I ordered from traveloka, they just upgraded my room with a little additional charge.

Harga terlalu mahal utk hotel bintang 3 dg kamar deluxe gak seluas hote yg selama ini prnh saya datangi yg sama-sama bintang 3. Order melalui aplikasi sdh saya pilih yg king bed tapi saat check in tdk tersedia, akhirnya dg agak berdebat barulah saya dapat. Proses check in memakan waktu lebih dari 30menit padahal sy sdh check in diatas jam 2.

I love this hotel than any other hotels in Surabaya because of their Chicken Porridge. Unfortunately during my 7 days stay in there, I only get the perfect porridge for 2 times only. The rest is too much water in used. Hope more consistent to prepare my chicken porridge for my breakfast. Because I only have two option when stay in Surabaya. One of them is Quest Hotel.

I feel like at home since all staff are friendly, room was perfect and there is greeting card and fruit platter also special chocolate in my room. Thank you for nice stay and absolutely will stay again.

I had a seminar here. The conference room is not too big, yet it is quite nice for meeting.

My short stayed was very good, like the room and the breakfast was above our expectation, full set up breakfast and helpfull staff, keep it a good work.

Location of hotel was just a 10-15 min drive away from City centre, depending on traffic. Amenities are well-equipped although 2 sets of bedroom slippers and toothbrushes should have been provided per room instead of just 1 since each room is for 2 guests. Food selection for breakfast is decent. Overall, the room is clean and comfortable, we had a good night's rest and bed was also soft and comfortable.

1. Pelayanan Restoran kurang maksimal, ruang makan sempit dan penataan tata letak tidak efisien bagi pengunjung. 2. SDM lambat dan kurang memberi perhatian terhadap pengunjung, termasuk pelayanan pesanan makan ke kamar. 3. Seluruh handuk harus di ganti.

Good food but restaurant is not big enough, near to the downtown, have a swimming pool for kid.

Hotel bintang 3 yg cozy, good breakfast and pleasant service.

My first experience was good so I recommended this place again to my girlfriend however the second stay was very disappointing. It is a catastrophic failure when a hotel room has roaches in it. The first room had it and we were moved to a different room and they still have bug problem too. The service team was quite unapologetic about the whole problem too. We asked for a non smoking room but apparently the rooms (both rooms) are still filled with the smell of cigarettes.

It is a cozy place, the room is nice, the breakfast is fine not really delicious.

Amazing and very calm, clean and cozy place, I did early booking and no extra charges, all the staff are very warm and friendly, it's really good if you want to have a real holiday, the place is very quiet from traffic and sound of the mainroad.

Guest room quite comfy and little bit luxurious, but the balcony is locked and cannot be unlocked. The parquet floors quite good too. And the breakfast buffet is not bad except the omelet. The room is quite reasonable since its located in downtown.

The Good: Comfy clean non smoking room (8th floor), Good location and Affordable rates. The Bad: Breakfast buffet (included) does not favor vegetarians (mostly egg and meat products). The Ugly: When I visited the pool (2nd floor) my first impression was the 20+ male smokers sitting around the pool creating a cyclone of stinky smoke.

Nice place to stay inn Kemang, Jakarta. Strategic location to everywhere. Nice rooftop pool.
