There are also complaints about a musty smell from the sheets, stained pillows, and cigarette burns on the bed linens.

The staff's attitude is described in various ways: from very friendly and helpful employees to extremely disorganized ones. Some guests praise the efficiency and warmth of the service. At the same time, cases of serious conflicts during check-in have been recorded, where guests with confirmed bookings were told there were no rooms available and were asked for additional cash payments. It was also mentioned that staff may be distracted by computer games during working hours.

Rooms are equipped with air conditioners, which many guests describe as being very cold, televisions, and free shower kits. The bathrooms feature a water heating system. However, some guests noted a lack of electrical outlets (available only for the TV) and the absence of desks in the rooms. The availability of designated smoking rooms is also mentioned.

The hotel is located in a quiet and peaceful area with pleasant cool air and a beautiful view, suitable for morning walks. It is situated relatively close to the main road. As a disadvantage, it is noted that dining establishments are located far away, so having your own transport would be an advantage.
