As overall, it is recommended to stay in this hotel, considering the location and facility, and such friendly staff that responsive and helping al lot to find parking space. However, parking space, pool cleanliness need to be improve. The rooms bed cover and pillow cover need to be replace or clean more, as the stain clearly seen.

Please be ready for our food… the number one rule for groups having dinner is food come out together… at least the other one not waiting for so long… this is bad issue for having dinner at this hotel… we talking about serving our food… it was not professional at all.

Unexpected low quality for a 4 stars hotel.
Poor food choice and taste, dirty tables.
Room with sheets dirty from years of using, yellow marks, makeup marks, not even have the idea to not use it anymore!
Staff is friendly and the service is ok, but the overall experience is disappointing.
