I stayed here for two days yesterday. While the location is very strategic in the city center, I think some of the hotel's facilities need improvement. However, I was impressed by the very friendly staff.
But for other amenities, come on, you're a well-known hotel. The towels aren't quite right, there's no coffee or tea, the water heater in the room doesn't have glasses for the sink, and the shower jet is clogged. The bathtub won't close. You guys should do better. Regarding breakfast, please don't reheat food, you can't order omelets, we need to keep improving. Once again thank you to the staff who are very friendly, it's a shame about the hotel facilities 🥺
