We stayed at Hotel NEO Gubeng Surabaya as a family (6 people: 2 adults and children), and were very satisfied with the service.
We were provided with a spacious and clean family room with two large beds — perfect for our needs.
The price was fair and matched the facilities offered.
The staff were friendly and helpful, and the bathroom was clean and well-maintained.
Breakfast was also delicious, with a good variety of menu options and great taste.
We enjoyed our stay so much that we decided to extend for another night.
The location is also excellent — very close to Airlangga University, and there are plenty of local food vendors nearby.
Highly recommended for anyone looking for a comfortable and well-located hotel in Surabaya.

First time staying here and everything was great. The room is spacious and clean. The staffs are very friendly and helpful. The hotel is surrounded by so many restaurants. Will definitely back in the future short visit to Surabaya.

A small, very clean boutique hotel in a leafy street close to a good gym, the main railway station and plentiful coffee cafes. We stayed in a superior room, spacious, with comfortable bed, good soft pillows and excellent air conditioning. The only downside, the room has no fridge; free water is available from a dispenser in the hall. A buffet style Indonesian breakfast is available, which varies from day to day. The staff are attentive and very friendly. Overall an excellent budget choice of accomodation.
