Taman Dayu Villa Golf View by OYO Rooms in Q&A

Information is provided based on reviews and may contain inaccuracies.

How polite is the staff at Taman Dayu Villa Golf View by OYO Rooms, and how are check-in issues handled?

Reviews regarding the staff are highly mixed. Some guests note that the owner and assistant were kind and friendly, handling a water outage responsibly. However, other visitors complain about rude, unprofessional, and disrespectful behavior, specifically mentioning an employee named Hani and a receptionist who was curt with guests who booked at promotional rates. There were also instances where guests were refused check-in under the claim that no rooms were available, despite empty rooms on the property.

Does the villa offer early check-in or late check-out?

Guests have encountered issues during check-out. Several reviews mention that management forced guests to check out at 11:00 AM, even though the booking app stated a check-out time of 12:00 PM. When guests pointed this out, the staff responded that the property's internal house rules applied.

Is drinking water provided, and what additional in-room amenities are available?

Drinking water is not provided in the rooms. One guest noted that the owner provided bottled water as compensation for a water outage. Additional items such as coffee, soap, and shampoo are available for purchase at an extra charge, though guests consider the prices overpriced (for example, 65,000 for a few beverage sachets and a mini shampoo).

Is the Wi-Fi connection stable?

Wi-Fi service has received complaints. One guest reported that the network was showing errors from check-in until check-out. Another noted that the living room TV was unusable specifically due to the lack of a working Wi-Fi connection, despite a router being present.

What is the condition of the beds, mattresses, and overall room furnishings?

The condition of the furniture and room finishes is considered unsatisfactory. Guests complain about dirty bedsheets and stained blankets, as well as poor-quality and soiled mattresses. The buildings themselves are described as nice but completely neglected. Basic furnishings may also be missing from the rooms, such as mirrors or places to hang clothes and towels.

What kind of view is offered from the windows of Taman Dayu Villa Golf View by OYO Rooms?

Guests note that the view from the windows is very beautiful. The surrounding setting is described as lush, green, and scenic, as the villa is located within the Taman Dayu area.

How thoroughly is cleaning conducted, and is cleanliness maintained on the property?

Cleanliness at the property is at a low standard. Guests report dirt, small dead animals, and droppings on staircases and outside room entrances. Inside the rooms, guests have noted bathroom odors, as well as dirty glasses and kettles. Towels are described as old, worn out, and yellowed.

How do the air conditioning and water heating systems function?

The technical equipment for climate control and hygiene operates properly. Guests confirm that the air conditioners work well and keep the rooms cool, and the bathroom water heating system functions normally.

What amenities are provided in the room?

The standard set of amenities typically expected at OYO properties is not provided here. Guests complain about not receiving soap, toothpaste, or other toiletries. Towels are provided, but their quality is very poor, being dirty and worn.
