Kokoon Hotel Banyuwangi

The room is super cozy and clean, love how all the staffs very helpful and gracious. The view from the room is good to (both way, upfront and back, psstt I heard kokoon is the tallest building in Banyuwangi). The breakfast and food at the sky lounge is delicious too. Would like to come back again soon.

I have been here 2 times with almost 4 years apart, and this hotel remains amazing. I love the room design, both bathroom and bedrooms are spotless. They provide complimentary local snack which was tasty! Moreover, best part of it was the indoor pool! The pool and gym is accessible since 6 am to 9 pm! Maybe the only degradation is on the breakfast menu, seems less variance compared to 4 years ago, other than that is amazing! They gave free welcome drinks as well on their rooftop bar.

This is a fantastic hotel. The rooms were very comfortable and has a amazing view from my room!

We have stayed at this hotel several times and book 2 rooms (king and twins). But usually we stay at this hotel when we go to Bali or on the way back home. But that holiday we stayed at this hotel 2 times, when we went to Bali and on the way back home (december and january). When we stayed at this hotel in 31 December 2024, they have event for new year, one room get one voucher for one person to attend the buffet and the event. If one room have two person, the one person can pay to attend the event, buffet, or both. Because I didn't attend the buffet dinner, I can't comment about that. But we order room service, we order nasi tempong and rawon fried rice, it was delicious (forgot to take a pict). I attend the event in the ballroom, the event was fun with great singers and exciting performance. For the room always clean, the breakfast has many choices.

(+) Very friendly and helpful receptionist with Mr Andhika. Clean room. Nice interior. Clean linen. Clean towel. Complete amenities. Good breakfast, good service with Mr Nanang. Spacious parking space.
(-) Hotel location is quite far from Ketapang Harbour.

Stayed here for 5D4N and it was one of the best hotels I've been to! Staff are amazing, especially Andhika who was very helpful in addressing our concerns and queries. The room is so clean, room service was done really well, location is great and the breakfast buffet was pretty good too! Would definitely recommend!

Very amazing place. Service & Quality is top notch. Mr Andhika from front office is also a very nice person. Very kind of him to help us around in Banyuwangi. Great guy💪🏾 Highly recommend to stay at this place if you are in Banyuwangi. Rooms and Toilets are in top knotch condition. Hotel smells very nice. And breakfast is very good. I am very honest, this is a wonderful place.

This is the best hotel in our trip this time!
Room are clean, comfortable, spacious and very relaxing. You hear no sound from outside. Really really love their bed! Super comfy!

The room is clean, spacious, well maintained and nicely decorated. Window has a great view of Banyuwangi rural and sea. Lobby and entrance is spacious and have large window. It add the sense of bright and green from lawn outside lobby. Feel airy, secure and comfort. There is Starbucks corner at lobby for guest to enjoy.
Reception is friendly. Breakfast is great.

Best hotel in banyuwangi for family so far. Been stay in a dew different hotel but kokoon was on top. My kids also loves to stay here. The ambience makes us rest well, the staf behavior are very nice and helpful also warmth. The bfast taste sooo good, in many choices. Clean room and big space for family.

I stayed at Kokoon Hotel Banyuwangi for one day, and it was an amazing experience! The most impressive aspects of my stay were the beautiful building and the breathtaking views. The facilities are very complete, making it a perfect choice for families. There's a Kids Zone near the restaurant where your children can play. The swimming pool is lovely, and guests have free access to the gym room as well. You can use your wheelchair here♿.
The staff at Kokoon Hotel Banyuwangi were friendly and helpful, adding to the overall pleasant experience. The food was also very nice and added to the enjoyment of my stay. I highly recommend this hotel to anyone visiting Banyuwangi!

We stayed from 23-26 Apr at a Junior Suite. It was our first time to Banyuwangi for work and leisure.
The staff (from Security to the Front Desk) were professional and kind. The room itself was clean, nicely furnished and well maintained. The breakfast buffet had a good selection and daily specials.
Overall we hope to come back end of the year! Thanks for making our stay memorable.
PS: the Starbucks within the lobby was a god sent!
