Staff is helpful, but room maintenance is bad considering the hotel is quite new.
There are ants in the room (big ants), which could be a danger since the bed is set on the floor. So, needs to do proper insects control and needs to do it regularly.
In the bathroom, there are already green moss on the floor and on the base board of shower area, which is not being taken care off. Also, plants in the shower is too close to the shower, so it gets doused by soaps as well. Poor plants that it suffer from stuff that doesnt help with its health.
Breakfast option are very limited, as 2 of the options given are not available, which are the healthier version available. And since it is not a buffet type, so it is quite limiting.
Considering the above, price wise isn't really competitive.

— location is surrounded by fruits plantation, supplying fresh air n cooler air.
— Aesthetic building design & compound, offering several instagramble spots.

Artistic. This is one word to describe the whole facility.
Room: given the price, we got spacious, elegant, comfy, and uniquely designed cottage, bathroom is also spacious equipped with bathtub. This is the main pros of this hotel.
-Service: nothing is wrong. All staff is well trained.
-Food: breakfast is somewhat limited. Taste is okay, standard personal portion. We didn't try their other meal.
-Facility: Pool is a bit too small. They have nice cafe which is quite famous for local to hang out. Another good thing, they have common kitchen next to the pool which we can use to make noodles and egg.
-Activity: We rented bike and cycle all the way to the beach, approximately 4km, which is nice. They have wide various fruit garden and supposedly the visitor can have pick fruit activity if when the trees got ripe fruit, sadly there is no fruit picking for us.
-Location; right in the middle of nowhere.

Take so many photos because every single spot was aesthetic and beautiful. The location a bit far from city center better prepare your logistics before checking in. They provide breakfast but limited menu. A little unpleasant because the electricity went off and their response was so lame. But overall for healing vibes in front of avocado garden that was all good.
