Al-Kiswah Syariah Guest House

Yes, there is on-site outdoor parking. Guests note that it is very spacious and secure, accommodating up to 20 cars, which is convenient for those traveling in large groups. As a suggestion, one guest recommended installing a canopy to keep vehicles in the shade.

The front desk is open 24 hours a day, allowing for a seamless check-in even late at night. The staff are described as very friendly, polite, helpful, and communicative. Employees are ready to assist with luggage to the upper floors and promptly resolve any guest inquiries. However, one guest noted that the reception area looks quite basic, resembling a simple desk without additional decor.

The hotel does not offer a full breakfast, but complimentary coffee, tea, and warm bao buns are available in the lobby in the morning. Upon check-in, guests are often offered a welcome drink (such as cinnamon tea) and dates. Paid snacks and beverages with clearly marked prices are also available in the rooms.

Guests' opinions on the Wi-Fi are mixed. Some describe the connection as fast, stable, and suitable for remote work. Others note that the signal in the rooms can be weak, requiring guests to step outside the room for a more stable internet connection.

Rooms are described as very clean, spacious, and pleasant-smelling, with minimalist decor. Most guests are satisfied with the comfort of the beds and the softness of the blankets, although there are some complaints about sagging mattresses in certain rooms. It is also mentioned that some rooms lack desks and chairs for work, making it necessary to use bedside tables instead.

The rooms are equipped with air conditioning units that generally work well, though there are some remarks regarding their placement. Some guests complained that the airflow is directed straight at the bed, causing chills, or conversely, directed towards the wall, causing the room to cool down slowly.

Rooms are provided with towels, toothbrushes, toothpaste, and bottled water. An electric kettle and prayer mats (sajadah) are also available. Bathrooms feature hot water showers; however, some guests have noted unstable water temperatures or insufficient hot water when large groups stay simultaneously.

There is no elevator in the guest house. Access to the upper-floor rooms is via stairs, which some guests describe as rather narrow, steep, and winding.

Yes, the property is well-suited for family stays thanks to its spacious family rooms. The staff show great care for children, offering them waffles upon arrival or providing a baby bathtub upon request. Guests highlight the safety and comfort when staying with children.

Guests often receive pleasant bonuses: welcome drinks, dates, and, upon check-out, souvenirs such as car or personal perfumes. There is also a loyalty program with member cards that offer discounts on return visits.

The guest house operates under strict Sharia principles: accommodation is permitted only for married couples or families. Upon check-in, couples are requested to provide a photo of their marriage certificate to confirm their status.
